Publisher's Summary

Dallas

He was the beginning of my heart...and the end of it.

I was only 15 years old when he claimed it and 20 when he took it with him.

They say what is meant to be will find a way. But when you have changed to the point of no return, how can anything ever be the same?

Seven years later, Dean Martin waltzed back into my life in hopes of resuming what I had fought so hard to forget, but he was in for a wake-up call.

I was no longer the naïve woman he had left...and I was no longer his.

I met the love of my life and my soul mate when I was 15. I knew that; he knew that. He wanted that girl back. I wanted to forget she ever existed.

Dean

What I thought was my predestined path was very much an illusion. Living seven years with regret, I realized too late that I was broken, and that I only had myself to blame.

I thought love could wait...but it didn't.

We'd had it all those years ago, and then I foolishly left it behind.

She was all that mattered. She was all there ever was.

There was no life without Dallas, no reason...except her.

No matter how hard she tried to convince me, I knew I had to once again make her mine, to make her remember...the fall.

Mature audiences only. Explicit sex and language.

The greatest part of love is the Fall!

A truly amazing book! You will fall in love with Dallas & Dean's love story! Heartbreaking and heartwarmingly good. All the characters in this are great! Definitely worth a credit!

The greatest fall

Honestly, I'm super picky with audible books. Even more so when I've read the book myself. When you read you formulate your own voices and mannerisms, right? Well I do and I have to say this was one of the best voices in audible that I've heard. She spoke clearly and smoothly! Kudos to the Author for picking the perfect fit.

Now for the story line, I don't want to spoil it, but it is beautiful. Kate Stewarts words are so beautiful and the story lines are always so captivating and The Fall is no different! Dallas and Dean have such a unique, heartbreakingly beautiful story and you truly feel the ups and downs with the descriptions and emotional draw. I loved it. Simple as that, I loved it!

One you don’t want to miss!

I love and hate this book! I guess I mostly love it, though, because I finished it in one sitting and, I’ve already downloaded the next in the series. I love ALL of the characters, the story and MOST of the twists and turns. Without giving spoilers, all I can really say is I HATED one of the twists. It’s an excellent story, though. I was elated and devastated right along with the characters which, IMO, is a sign of great storytelling and a well written story. As always, Tracy Marks narration is fantabulous. This is a definite DO NOT MISS!

It was okay! Heroine botherd me a bit...

Any additional comments?

I get when the guy you're interested in sleeps around a lot it could be hard to trust. But he has never given her a reason not to trust her while they were dating. I think she brought it up about 20 times through out the entire book. It was bothersome.

loving this book

I really really like this book. LOVED Dallas, Dean and all the wonderful characters in this book. GREAT STORY! GREAT LOVE story.. I find Kate Stewart refreshing . her writing seems different than so many of the books I read. of course, Tracy Marks is one of favorite narrators. I search for books that she narrates. it was as good a listen the 2nd time as it was the first time and will probably listen to it again sometime later down the road.

You're not complete until you Fall!!

Where does The Fall rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This narrator was spot on with the voice that I had in my head for Dallas and Rose. She did an awesome job of telling the story and keeping you drawn in!!

What other book might you compare The Fall to and why?

Until Nico by Aurora Rose Reynolds because both are beautiful love stories!

What about Tracy Marks’s performance did you like?

She stayed right on mark with each character and I never had a problem or any confusion of who was talking! She did an awesome job!

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes

Any additional comments?

I had already read this book and I am a huge fan of Kate Stewart so I knew it was going to have to take the perfect voice to go along with Dallas. While reading I had this voice in my head off what Dallas would sound like so when the audible book started and I heard Tracy's voice, I was like Wow!! It's her, it's Dallas!! Great job!

Started well, but teetered away

Allas and Dean, who sparked a teenage romance, which due to complications meant a separation of years before they found each other again and the spark rekindled. The idea isn’t a new one, people finding each other again, but the book just seemed to drag on for me. I kind of liked them at the beginning, but by the end of the book I was throughly bored of them and wanted it to be the end. I’d lost the passion for them both, so that they just became irritating! Dallas’s constant reference to her vagina was also a little bit crass, losing some of the sensuality of the book for me. I won’t be reading the next in series. This book is about a couple, d
