Publisher's summary

Having known billionaire Edward Kinkade ever since she was young, up-and-coming attorney Nevaeh always felt comfortable around him.

She felt so comfortable around him that she did not mind letting him into her life for some no-strings attached sexual fun from time to time.

However, when it seemed that Nevaeh had somehow become pregnant by him, Edward did the honorable thing and asked her to marry him right away.

But can the billionaire and his pregnant bride make it down the aisle before the hand of fate intervenes?

3.5 Star's

Don't be alarmed at the title!
This was actually a really interesting short book.

Nevaeh is a lawyer getting her big break, a solo case.
Edward is opposing counsel, having known him since there college days, Nevaeh is timid to get to know him again because of there history.

But they are like magnets bound to be in each other lives. Oh, his momma... I didn't like her one bit no I didn't but well I won't give anything away.

"It was always you for me." - Edward

I did want to scream Communication a few times with this story. And who doesn't love a second chance at love?

Love the Cover

This was a typical spin off of the other billionaire books. I like the fact that was brought out how eavesdropping can lead to heartache. Especially when you don't stay to hear the whole conversation. the narrator was good. I have listened to her before and she gets better each time. I was given this book in exchange for an honest review via audiobook boom.

Cute Little Short Story

I received this book free for an honest review. I thought this book was typical of the "Billionaire" books. That is not to say that I didn't like it. Actually, the story was real cute and the characters were sweet, except for Edward's mom. But, that is to be expected. A negative personality like hers, makes for a more interesting story. I'm not real fond of the narrator. She narrates a lot of books, so I just have to accept it. Liked this story. Kimmy Love did a great job building this short story and keeping it interesting.

Gives you hope in love and happy endings!

Would you consider the audio edition of The Billionaire's Pregnant Bride to be better than the print version?

The audio narration helps bring the characters to life and makes you feel like you're going through everything with them.

What does Meghan Kelly bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Great book, even through all the ups and downs, it takes you on a wonderful emotional ride that leaves you feeling content. I don't think I would've been as absorbed had I only read the book instead of listening.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I started this book at the beginning of my work day, and tried to ignore people so I could continue listening because you become so involved with the characters.

Any additional comments?

I love Nevaeh! Her reactions are the same as what I would've done in the same situation. When her heart was broken, it made me feel like someone had punched me in the stomach. Short and sweet story!

Good Book - Edward and Nevaeh

This was a pretty good book. I enjoyed listening to it. Meghan Kelly brought the characters to life. Edward's mother was a piece of work since she didn't think Nevaeh was good enough for him and threatened that she would expose her mother (an illegal alien). She wanted to Rockefeller type woman since they were extremely rich. I love how the book ended, although there is a really sad part. I received this free copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Second Chance Love..... SIGH

Who was your favorite character and why?

Nevaeh, I think is my favorite character because of her determination and drive, but also because of her openess.

What does Meghan Kelly bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Ms. Kelly brings another stellar performance to this wonderful book. She brings all of the emotional turmoil of the characters to the surface with her performance.

Any additional comments?

Edward Kinkade’s parents have plans for their son, especially his mother. He went the right schools to become a lawyer. He joined the family firm, and became a partner. Now, he will marry a nice girl with the correct background. Everything is going to his mother’s plan. Well it was, until that fateful day when Edward meets opposing counsel on a divorce case. Nevaeh, the girl he never forgot from college.Nevaeh, did not grow up with a silver spoon, she has the student loans to prove that. However, the determination, and true grit, she has become an attorney in her firm with the reputation of helping to win the difficult cases, and she is determined to become a partner. Darn, why opposing counsel have to be Edward Kinkade on her first big solo case? Edward was the love of her life in college, the man she trusted to never betray her. That was until the day she overhears…. STOP, to spoilers from me, you need to read this emotional roller-coaster ride of a book.I was gifted with an audio copy of this wonderful book for an honest review. Prior to reading, or rather listening to this book, I was not familiar with this author, Kimmy Love, but the blurb I read concerning this book sounded really great. I was not disappointed in the least. I love a book that takes me on an emotional ride. This book took me through the whole range of emotions. Kudos to you Ms. Love. I look forward to reading more from you in the future. What can I say about the narrator’s stellar performance? Meghan Kelly brings yet another story to life. Her way of telling the audience the story in a way that makes a book really enjoyable to listen to.Thank you for reading my review. Yes, you really need to hit that one click button and either read or listen to this wonderful book.

Delightful Story

This is the story of a romance between two lawyers who met in law school and due to a major misunderstanding on Nevaeh's part, she cut Edward off with no explanations. Several years later, they meet as lawyers for a divorcing couple. They re-connect and then they don't. Things get even more interesting after that. It was a great quick listen while working around my home office. The narrator did an excellent job and the story flowed smoothly although getting to HEA was a little tough.

Believable Romance - Love Conquers All

Any additional comments?

This was an enjoyable romance about an ambitious lawyer Nevaeh who being from the "wrong side of the tracks" had a chip on her shoulder when it came to trusting her rich one-time almost boyfriend as truly capable of caring for her. At the first hint that he might not be totally committed, she bolts and shuts him down, refusing to speak to him again.
Several years later, when she runs into him as opposing legal council - he's thrilled to see her. He also wants to know why she never gave him the time of day again or chance to explain. The old spark between them is still there and before Nevaeh can catch her breath - she's got a little incentive plan growing inside her, which makes her still not sure that his attentions towards her are because he wants her - or just because of the baby... In this story, love conquers all obstacles, including Edward's mom who absolutely intends to stop the wedding. Will Nevaeh and Edward survive all the obstacles in their path? You'll have to read to find out. Loved it, and loved the narration as well. I will absolutely listen to this again.
