Reisz Deserves Her Own Catagory

Yes, this is erotica. It is very hot. It is also edgy. Too much so for many people's taste. But the author has a very unique voice and for that alone she deserves to be heard. Her stories are larger than life. They almost remind me of the early Ann Rice books where the big questions and the important answers about life and death, philosophy, religion, good, evil, heaven and hell were all buried deep within an interesting story about a couple of vampires.

It is truly difficult to describe her writing style, her characterizations, her plotting. But she has the ability to make you care a great deal for people that on paper you should find totally unlikable and nonredeemable. She reminds you that no one is exclusively good or totally evil. That everyone is flawed and sometimes those that are best at hiding their flaws are the most flawed of all. You know the world she has created exists solely in the pages of her books. And you know that if it really did exist you would likely never have the nerve to exist in it yourself. But it would be nice to know that it was out there, that Nora and Soren and Kingsley and Griffin exist and maybe someday you would gather your courage and ...

I liked the first book in this series, but found this one far more satisfying. It focused far more on what I thought were the strongest characters from the first book and didn't waste time on the weaker characters

It just keeps getting better and better!

Sinful, sexy and enticing.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Oooooh...this is a toughie. I'll have to go with Michael. He didn't have the biggest role but I found his character to be very endearing.

What three words best describe Lilly Rhodes’s performance?

I've heard better but I've heard much worse. Her voice lacked sophistication but she got the point across.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes, I listened to it every chance I got.

Once again, if you loved the 50 Shades series or Sylvia Day's Crossfire series you're in for a real treat. Tiffany brings erotica to a whole new level combining intriguing story telling with sex appeal.

I know that when I get a book from Tiffany Reisz it will be great. It’s taboo, funny, heart touching, kinky and everything in between! Her books are not for everyone because she definitely pushes the boundaries but I can read it and find entertainment.

A Smart and Fun Read

This is a good read. Strong, smart characters and a good story line. Sometimes a book that has intense and graphic sex has no plot or true purpose. Not this book. I enjoyed listening from the beginning to the end.

I would absolutely recommend this series and audiobook to a friend as long as I was sure they were fine with BDSM based books and multiple sexual preferences.

What did you like best about this story?

I love how Michael was described. A lot of authors shy away from characters who have attempted suicide - it was portrayed very well.

Didn’t like the narrator!

A great sequel to the siren. Love love love Soren. Nora annoys me though. Worth a credit!

I really love this series and Tiffany Reisz. I don't like however, this audiobook. She makes Soren sound like Julie Andrews.
