Yummy series read!

I enjoy this series, it is light fun reading. Sure, at times it feels a bit pattern, which can happen with a premise like this. There is always a sassy curvy gal and an Alpha shifter type guy.

This go around, I kind of thought Noah’s Alpha-ness was a touch lacking. He knows she is his mate, but he sits and watches instead of making things happen. Sigh, I prefer the take charge sort. I really like Maya, even though she is kind of the same as every other heroine in this series. That being said, it is still an enjoyable read and kept me plenty entertained. The POV is mixed, so you get to see all sides of the story.

The steam is, as always, on point!! If you are looking for an ultra hawt read, this is definitely a great pick! All the naughty detail you could want drawn out in exquisite fashion!! Oh my, this will get ya all worked up in a jiffy!

Lauren Sweet has been with the series since the start. I like her reads and she has a quick pace. She has a very peppy feel to her voice, which adds to the fun quality of the listen. Her men could be a touch gruffer, but that is nitpicking.

I am sticking with this series, I am just hoping the next book shakes things up a little!

Gerri pester her foster son about match making finally giving in he agree to one try, little did he know his favorite window watching was on menu of love.

Another good one!

This is another good story. I enjoyed the characters and the plot. I liked seeing another species be introduced. Noah and Maya are great characters. Well done to the author and the narrator. Looking forward to listening to the next story.

Been waiting on this one to see what milly comes up with next for the series and this was a great story.

Maya is sick of men thinking she'll take anything they give her just because she has curves, she loves her curves and wants and person to love them too and love the person she is.

Noah has lusted over Maya but allows Geri to set him up on a date never believing it will be with Maya

as they try to explore things between them, Maya has a stalking ex and a crazy family to deal with, will she be able to focus on Noah enough to find out if he is the man for her or will life get in the way

Hot, sweet bonbon

Yes, it's still a hot, sweet bonbon, though not my fave. Part of the series with teeny references to previous characters. You wish she'd give more as you come to like the characters. As always, I'm really happy with buying this series as Kindle with audio.

Narration Was Way Off

I liked the book as I have unexpectedly grown to enjoy this series. However, the narrator left this one hard to enjoy with all of the mispronunciation. I would expect a narrator to research the books, culture, and languages they would be speaking. I am not a Latinax nor am I fluent in the language, but even I knew the words were being shredded in this book. Not only that, but she ripped apart a character's name from a previous book that she narrated and got right in other books. . She seemed very distracted with this books, so many mistakes. Since tis series has a strong Latin influence, I would have even gone with someone with a background or at the least knowledge of the Spanish language.

Her protective panther

What another great book by Milly Taiden. I have so enjoyed this series. Though this series works fine as a standalone I can assure you that books one through four are just as amazing as this one.

I done the whispersync with this book. I truly loved the narrator. The author used Lauren Sweet in every book I have listen to in this series so far. I started with book one and have been working myself up. You can have a good story but the narrator can make or break the audio. Once you listen to Lauren Sweet narrate this book you will see why the author used her. Lauren is able to bring the characters to life. You can close your eyes and know who is speaking. You can feel each emotion the character is feeling. So to me that just adds the cherry on top.

I loved the main characters in this story. Noah and Amaya was perfect together and of course I loved Gerri Wilder as well. Gerri almost has this gift, a foresight if you will. It is like her and fate are working together to bring couples together.

Amaya aka Maya she was truly amazing. She was this beautiful curvy woman. She loves who she was, she loved her body and felt she did not have to change it for anyone. I loved how stubborn she was. She was one that would tell you like it was. Maya had bad luck when it came to men. She dated such losers. Men that looked at her as fat and felt she should be grateful they looked her way. I loved that she did not settle. She wanted love. She wanted someone that loved her for who she was and did not want to change her. Someone that could make her feel beautiful and cherished.

I almost had to laugh at Noah. He was pretty much in peeking tom mold. He was obsess with Maya. I would not say he was a stalker like Maya’s ex was because he did not follow her around of send her crazy text messages. He just spied on her through his window.

Noah was this handsome panther shifter. I loved that he knew that Maya was his mate and did not want to settle for anyone else. He found her worthy to wait for. Noah was also this shy guy and even a genius. As handsome and rich as he was it is truly a wonder he did not have women stalking him.

I hated Maya’s family. Maya’s mother and sister were truly heartless and in my eyes evil. It is bad enough that she had to take the emotional punches from the men she date, that she did not need that from her family too. Maya I found her truly alone. It sad, she love her family so much, I just don’t believe her family loved her back. Well at least the sister Linda and her mother. There was not much mentioned about her other sister who stayed away. I would of loved to see more about that sister that was never around brought into the story. Would of also of loved to seen Maya’s nephew who loved video games brought in as well.

I love that Maya and Noah found the strength and love in one another. They were truly the missing piece to each other. This was a great story and glad I got to read/listen to the book. FYI, if you are wondering if there were any steamy part, well let me tell you right now that there were.

Mixed feelings

I am now finishing book 5 which shows I am enjoying this series but I cannot stand the narration! It really brings listening to this series frustrating! I normally will not listen to a book if I can’t deal with the narrator, but I do enjoy the stories so I have dealt with it but it’s been hard to get through each book.

Panthers line it hot

I love this series. I can't say that enough. What makes it better is that the cover model maybe the female lead description perfectly.Keep up the awesome work.
