Publisher's summary

In the wake of a nasty divorce, Lacey Bradford heads for Wyoming where she's sure her old friend will take her in. But her high school pal Chase Caldwell is no longer the gangly boy who would follow her anywhere. For one thing, he's now incredibly buff and handsome, but that's not all that's changed....

Chase has been through tough times and is less than thrilled to see the girl who once broke his heart. But try as he might to resist her, while Lacey's putting her life back together, he's finding new ways to be part of it.

Good story. But....

I enjoyed the story behind the sex! Good grief can anyone write a story that doesn’t rely on sex! I’m you and like a good hot novel. But, every other chapter full of it. Come on man!

The narrator is terrible.

I hate It when a narrator ruins a perfectly good book. This is a great storyline… Different than most. However, the voices for all of her characters are absolutely terrible and the complete opposite of sexy. I can’t believe the author let this narrator get away with it honestly. Ruins the book.

Better than the reviews

True, having this book in the erotica category is a stretch, but it's not a bad book. The story is good, some parts are funny and some parts are exciting. The little girl Annie was a hoot, and Chase was a sweetie after he got over his hurt. I have a friend from Tennessee and she talks like the narrator did, kinda cool. The only thing I didn't like was that the book was poorly edited, three or so places were messed up, repeated a sentence. Other than that a great big thumbs up!

Good read

Book is good read, but I hated it went a book goes on and on and on discribing everything and nothing about what is happening at the time.

Cute old flame romance story

So I saw another review that says this book is labeled under Erotica. haha That's hilarious. This book is far from that! Audible you need to re-categorize it.
It's just a cute cowboy romance about a boy that loved and lost a girl and she found her way back.
I also liked the narration. I liked the accents. I lived in the South and I thought they sounded good.

Could not finish

Lacey, the main character is awful. She is entitled, pushy. obnoxious, selfish and a giant user who thinks of no one but herself and an embarrassment to women in general. For someone who professes to wanting to take care of herself, be an independent woman she goes about it all wrong. Chase is a good guy and needs to run. Run far and fast from her crazy. I am surprised that a woman would write such pathetic female characters. Crystal, really? I just couldn’t finish.

Slow, Dull and Silly

Not really worth reviewing. Certainly not worth reading. Can't think of much else to say. Just do yourself a favor and don't. You will be disappointed.
