Publisher's summary

Fleeing Los Angeles and her scarlet past, a former porn star returns to her New York roots hoping to lose herself in the crowded city streets, protected from the paparazzi's reach...or so she thinks. A chance encounter with a returned war hero - now prominent investment CEO - is the very last thing she wants or needs - or is it?

When the handsome and deliciously kinky CEO shows her that there are other ways to satisfy her needs (and he knows all of them), she finds herself in the middle of a sexual awakening, a true romance, and a happily ever after. This is a rollicking must-listen for all fans of How to Make Love Like a Porn Star.

It was ok....

Nice starting over story...porn style... this was actually not that bad... maybe a sale or credit when waiting for another book to come out...

I think with a better narrator, this book could have been way way better...but it was decent...

Much better than I expected

I was actually impressed with the story. I was afraid it may me to sleezy for me but I took a chance with it and I liked the characters in this book. Sometimes life just does not turn out like you planned and you just have to make the best out of it .Loved the story, loved the sexual interaction and also loved the touch of suspense. My credit was well spent.

Ok

Not a bad listen. Love the reference to the PDSD . Sugar is sweet but hard also. Listen until the end .

Story with potential ruined by narrator

Would you try another book from Hope Tarr and Jenna Jameson and/or Cami Darian?

With a different narrator. Have never returned a book after three chapters, before, solely because of the narrator's delivery. Not the kind of narrator for this kind of book...if at all, better suited to children's books. Reading of love scenes is laughable.

What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)

Just couldn't stick with it.

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Cami Darian?

Any woman who doesn't read a love sexual themed story as if the audience were third graders with a preference for a New York accent. Any number of women I've heard would be fine.

What would have made this romance irresistible?

Better story teller

Any additional comments?

I have listened to numerous books where a great narrator really sold the story and made the material better than it actually was. This is a lesson learned to ALWAYS listen to a sample before you buy the book.

DNF

Sorry to say this but the narrator was horrible. I got to the 3rd chapter and just couldn't listen anymore. I might try the book version.
