Publisher's summary

What's harder than having to babysit a bunch of musicians in the small town of Seaside, Oregon? Adding your ex to the mix.

She hates me. I freaking loathe her. I was stupid enough to say yes. Stupid enough to take one last chance on helping rebuild her acting career. I'm a sucker for a challenge. But I didn't expect to care....

Really enjoyed this book

Will is the agent for the A-list rockstars and actors, who are also his friends, and former lead sin get for Adrenaline. He has taken on actress, Angelica Green, who also is his former girlfriend and broken heart. This is a great second chance story as Will and Angelica deal with their former lives and try to make peace with the hurt and betrayal. There is also a lot of the previous characters from the other Seaside books which make this story more entertaining. Definitely a good read, especially if you have read the previous books.

Oh the feels.

Oh how this book had all the feels in it! It was great! I think it may be my favorite in the series. Will and Ang has so much history and heartbreak between the two of them that it is hard to work past. I loved how the story showed making her way through recovery daily. It also showed that recovery is not always pretty or easy but you have to push through it. I thought the story worked and ll the emotions it made me feel was welcome. Loved the supporting character. Overall good book!

Favorite in this series

Lots of anger and bitterness... Check
Lots of lamenting and self doubt... Check
Do the past books mesh well in this story? ... Yes
Does the author let you see a scenario in a different light?... Yes
Does this book conjure happiness, sadness, anger, laughter, fear, love and hate while keeping you engrossed in the story? Definitely
Is the romance young adult or mature? Definitely young adult.

The language is kept to a minimum and the racy scenes are like doing 75 in a 60 mph zone. While this isn't important to me, it is to some readers.

Definitely worth the read and it does cause you to look at past events in a different light. Knowing the points of view of all involved makes a difference.

Great book!

Excellent performance and good story

I enjoyed this story. I even found myself laughing at times. The narrators and the author weren’t new to me. They did not disappoint me. This story was easy and short listen. Although this was a series, I only listen to this one as it can be listen as a stand alone. If you love drama and romance, this one is for you!

A beautifully written second chance, rockstar romance!

Steal is the third book in the Seaside Pictures Series. This is Will and Angelica’s story and is a second chance rockstar romance. Will is an agent for a famous rockband. He was formerly a part of a popular boy band. Angelica has just completed rehab and has come to Seaside to take part in a film to get her life back on track. What she doesn’t expect is to run in to her ex boyfriend and have all the old feeling drudged up again. I didn’t expect to love this story as much as I did. Angelica’s character was not my favourite from mentions of her in previous books but wow did she redeem herself! The hurt and pain these two overcome was incredible. I was rooting for their HEA the whole time and hoped they could see past the issues from the past. So much history and angst. I couldn’t get enough of the heat and intense and emotion between these two as their work through the issues. This is a beautifully written story with a strong message of forgiveness, redemption, healing and love. 5 STARS

Beautiful narration for an excellent story

This is the third book in the Seaside Pictures series, but like this talented author's books it can be read as a stand alone. There are plenty of crossover characters from this series as well as other series which makes reading this author's other awesome stories a great nod to her fans. It was so awesome to catch up with all these characters, but if you haven’t read them you will still enjoy this. I was never a fan of Angelica in other books but she was able to redeem herself. I was very sad when the story and series came to an end and really hope that someday the author will decide to write more with all these characters.
This series was read by the same narrators, Brittney Pressley and Peter Coleman, that have done the first two books in the series and they have done a wonderful job in bringing the book to life. It was really easy to visual things and feel all the emotions going on in the story. As these talented readers unfolded this excellent story. I would recommend listening to this series.

Male voice was not very good

The male voice was not very good. I stopped listening after many attempts of trying.

Predictable

The book was very predictable and seemed to just say the same thing over and over. Fast forward through some chapters because it was the same as the last.
