Publisher's Summary

When Ryan Beecher returns home after a long deployment overseas, Lexy barely recognizes her husband. The man who left Texas for Afghanistan was cruel and abusive. The man who comes back to her is a badly injured stranger with amnesia - and no memory of their life together. Lexy can't believe how much Ryan has changed. The wounded marine is now gentle, caring, and tender - and his touch awakens yearnings she hasn't felt before. As he takes them both to the point of no return, can Lexy trust this lover who seems to live only for her pleasure as he seeks his salvation in her healing embrace? Stay for Me was previously published as Liberty under the pseudonym Ginger Jamison.

Good story.

The storyline got my attention. Not thrilled with the narrator, that alone can make or break an audio book.

Great!!!!!

I really liked this book and would recommend this book. I wish this book was a movie or TV show. It had a great storyline and sexual storylines. This book made me cry, laugh and scream. However, I wish Lexis didn't let Ryan treat her the way he did. I guess in his own sick way he felt something for her since Gloria said he talked about her when he was with her. She said he loved Lexis. What a messed up way to show it. He even according to Lexis warned Georgie before he left. But, Cooper was the best thing to happen for Lexis and she was for him. A great BWWM HEA.

A struggle

While the narrator was good, the story was a bit Of a struggle to get through. Lexie's character drove me crazy. So much so that it almost ruined the book. Lord knows I do not condone domestic violence but After the 1st 15 to 16 chapters, I wanted to slap her around a little myself. The ending was the best part of the book.

Absolutely LOVE!!!

What did you love best about Stay for Me?

What I loved most about Stay for Me was the way the lead male was portrayed. The love story was beautiful and the emotion the end of this book evoked was so genuine, I felt like I was there too.

What other book might you compare Stay for Me to and why?

I don't have a book to compare this to, but it was a great story.

Which scene was your favorite?

My favorite scene was after his family came to reclaim him...the talk with he and Lexy in the garage.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The scene from the garage after Lexy realized he had regained his memory.

Any additional comments?

Loved it!

What if you lost your memory?!

That’s how this story starts the hero losses his memory in a terrible explosion while enlisted in the army. He’s found with someone else’s dog tags I miss identified. He is sent home to the wrong Family. And he falls in love with the widow of the dead soldier. This is lovely well written story of love forgiveness and redemption. I give it two big thumbs up and five stars.
