Lincoln knows what he wants: someone like Daisy Sinclair, the sassy, off-limits bridesmaid he can't take his eyes off at his best friend's wedding. He also knows that she's everything he can never have.

After a devastating divorce, Daisy doesn't need anyone to warn her off the charming best man at her sister's wedding. Siri

So, so bad! It was like first generation Siri reading it. Couldn’t listen past 5 minutes. Even that was difficult. Do yourself a favor and just read the book.

Love!!

I started to read this on Chapters but I hate paying to read something knowing that the funds never go back to the author. I decided to buy the audio book and it was such a good decision! I loved everything about it. From the tears to the laughs to the overall feels of the story! I loved that it was so sweet and romantic while still being so raw and emotional. I also loved that their were some intimate scenes without being obscene Or raunchy. Overall I just love it so much!

OMG... The narration....

At the beginning of the story, it sounded as if Google Maps was reading to me, and I half expected to hear, “Make a left in 300 feet”. As the story went on, the narration got better. Sort of. It took almost 37 chapters until the narrator sounded normal. Someone please re-record this story.

Horrible Computerized Narration

I couldn't even get thru the 2nd chapter. The computerized narration made it sound more like a instruction manual rather then a romance comedy. Listeners CAN NOT connect with the story when it doesn't even sound like a human is telling it. Very disappointed and glad I didn't pay for this. If I had, this review would have been even worse.

Loved - Hated - Loved - REALLY Hated

I loved Lincoln in the previous books.

In his story I Loved - Hated - Loved - Hated - Loved - REALLY HATED him to the point that up to about 8 minutes before the book ended I didn’t think he could do anything to make me like him again, and the heroine would be a doormat if she took him back, but I did change my mind.

The heroine is written as a better person than I would have been under the same circumstances.

I didn’t have problems with the narrator as many people did, but then again I listened to it at a higher speed.

Very hard to listen to. Narrator has a robotic tone. I’m unable to finish it.

New narrator

I love these books but it is being ruined by these voices. How do you get this job?..

The book is better self read.

I had read this book a few years back. I enjoyed this series when I read. So I decide to listen to the series when I was busy working on floral arrangements for daughters wedding. The performance of the narrator was horrible. More like a robot. No emotion. For a book that has intimacy, it was worse then meet an ex in an awkward moment at a bar.

Came to check if I was crazy listening to Siri

WHAT IS GOING ON?!?!!
I LOVEEE this author and the audible pairings are usually incredible as well (I always do both bc I hate getting sucked into the books when I need to be productive.)

I’ve been looking forward to this story SO much, I’ve been with the author through all of the Stiletto series and now Oxford, and I’m so sad all that patience waiting for Lincoln’s story is tainted by Siri reading it instead.

…. I repeat, what is going on? What happened to the girls from the Stiletto audibles and first two books, they were great!

Side note…. The story itself as usual is the bomb digs, LOVE this author.

What is happening with this narration?!?

Oh man. I like these Lauren Layne books but what is happening with this narrator?? It’s not a real human—-there’s no way. Bummer because it would be so much more enjoyable with the girl that does the other Oxford series books. I’m nervous to see who narrates the next one….
