Love this entire family

A novella about brother Dave and his wife of 10 years, Judy. We see all the other members of the family in this action packed high drama saga. While this was short it was not lacking it substance and good quality story telling. I am falling in love with this entire family! Narration was great!

Shorter butstill a nail biter

After discovering this author, I can’t seem to get enough!!! Very good. Entertaining yet it keeps me on the edge of my chair in a sense. I do not like graphic or gory and the author is very good at avoiding both. Well done!

Role reversal

Dave Edgars is a senior SWAT team member. After being shot in the line of duty last year his once understanding wife Judy is now a nervous wreck everythe time he leaves for work. The stress is taking a toll on their marriage and neither one knows what to do.
Judy Edgar's, an RN, gets called in for surgery on a cold snowy evening, during. the bro's weekly card game. She arrives, only to be taken hostage by disgruntled janitor whose wife died a few years before due to the poor choice of the surgeon yyà on the operating table.

So much better than the 2nd book!!

I am so glad I gave this book a chance! I was going to quit after the last book. Yet, this book has revived my hopes in the series again🙂 This Story went by so quickly, smoothly and to the point compared to the 2nd book in this series (which I personally did Not like.)

It’s good except the last 10 minutes

It’s was really good until the sex at the ending. The story itself was intense and will keep your interest.

Short full of romance and suspense

It’s fun to read about characters from previous stories as secondary characters here. Plenty of suspense and action and lots of romance.

Love these family series. Nice to add the Edgars to my list of favorites. I really hate when they are finished.
