Terrific, Fast Paced Romance

I love this story. It held my attention from beginning to end. This is the first story I’ve read by Elizabeth James, but I look forward to finishing this series and reading /listening to more from Ms James. The narration was wonderful, it flowed smoothly. Excellent all the way around!

amazing story

I loved how the story unfolded. I cannot wait for the next book. this author is amazing and the narrators did a wonderful job. can't say this enough get this book, don't wait.

Secrets of a Hart

What a great book. Second chance loves are my favorite and while this one isn’t exactly that, it’s close to it. The suspense behind all the secrets is good too. I can’t say too much without giving away what is going on, but will say that you won’t regret getting this book for your own Library.

Great story with a twist

I received this audiobook free for an honest review. I loved this story. Oh, the secrets we have. I think some of us can related to the hot guy at school that we just dream over, knowing that that beautiful guy would never see us. However, as we grow up and change, those gaps between the beautiful guy and the shy girl lessen. However, Kendall has a secret that the author is good at letting you in on later in the book. I spent a good part of the book wondering what her secret was. Great suspense on the part of the author. The narrator was wonderful. Very good story teller. She is great with the different characters and great relaying the personalities of each of the characters.

Good Listen

Kendall is living her life day to day. She is fine until she runs into her old high school crush. They start a relationship but the past comes in to ruin and run her life. She thinks by letting everyone she cares about go they will need protected. Will Kendall understand that she has to trust someone in order to survive the threat she is living. Good Narration. Good Story!

This was a very charming second chance romance. Troubled pasts, secrets & romance, made a great combination.
I loved the characters.
Even though I wasn’t fond of 2 POV’s with one narrator, the narration was very good and well suited with her southern accent.
This book was high on the charm & low on the steam which I enjoyed.
I would recommend this book!

Great book!

I loved this book. The story was developed efficiently. The characters meshed well. There was just enough suspense. It was a great book to listen to. I'm not usually a fan of a duel narration read by a single narrator, but Terri made it work with this one. I would definitely recommend it.

Kendall and Tristan

A second chance romance with all the feels. This story has plenty of emotion, turmoil and romance. A complete story that isn’t too long. There is plenty of backstory that leads up to the here and now. I really enjoyed this and the narration was great!
