Publisher's summary

In this fast-paced romantic suspense, China Mack will make one final choice.

Computer genius China Mack may be the former head of Vigilance, the government’s clandestine spy program, but she can still be knocked off balance. And two back-to-back personal blows have thrown her into a tailspin.

While her relationship with tech billionaire Jackson Cooper is on the rocks, China is testing the boundaries of what she feels for man-of-mystery Clark Slattery. But when China learns that her mother’s death sixteen years ago wasn’t an accident, she can’t rest until she knows the truth. And China’s own father, an elusive ex-CIA agent, might have been the killer. To avenge her mother’s death, she needs help, and both Jackson and Clark step up to the plate. But when her investigation is linked to a decades-old international plot to hack the New York Stock Exchange, putting both of the men she loves in danger, China must make an impossible decision to keep them safe.

As the three of them are plunged into a far-reaching conspiracy, China’s notions of love and trust are turned upside down. For China, this final case couldn’t be more personal - or more dangerous.

How can you not fall in love with China Mak?!?

I loved this whole series but especially loved this last book. Tiffany Snow did a fantastic job of making China real. Throughout the whole series, I found myself feeling the emotions China was feeling in the story. I read all four books in two days, couldn't put them down. I definitely recommend this series to anyone who roots for the underdog.

Not my favorite of the series but still good.

So this was my least favorite of the series and there were a couple of things I didn't like. But hey, cant please everyone all the time.

I really do like China's character and quirkiness. I am not a fan of love triangle's so I am glad that is over with. I liked both Jackson and Clark. They are both strong male characters.

The story line and plot was good. Interesting that we got to know about her mother and father in this book. There is a lot of dialogue throughout the entire book. There is a couple sex scene's nicely written, not rated G but not erotica either. Definitely a lot more story than sex YAY! I like sex in the book just not overwhelming amounts that it no longer becomes a story.

As for the narration it was good. She does a good job on the male voices. I do think she could mature China's voice a little bit more.

I would love to read a new series and be a "Clark" book and have China show up as a secondary character. Just a thought if you know what I mean. LOL

Arielle has such a soothing voice, its really easy to listen to and enjoy, even while she is so in character. Brilliant performance of a great book.

Who was your favorite character and why?

China, she's lovable, quirky, and brave.

What does Arielle DeLisle bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Her voice just embodies China's. She speaks exactly how you would imagine the characters to speak, but better. Overall, she brings such life to the characters that reading alone could never accomplish.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

YES. Hands down, yes.

Any additional comments?

Read and listen to this book if you want a good romantic suspense and characters to fall in love with.
