Publisher's summary

Booking her client, Prince Dante of Monterra, on reality show Marry Me is a royal coup for PR agent Lemon Beauchamp. But thanks to a last-minute glitch, Lemon must pretend to be one of the contestants vying to win the playboy prince's love and then live happily ever after - at least until the publicity tour ends.

Prince Dante agreed to go on the show to find a wife, even though he already has the perfect candidate in mind. She's smart, funny, sexy, and completely uninterested in wealth and fame. She's also absolutely determined to keep him at arm's length.

Even if Lemon weren't already engaged, she can't trust a notorious flirt like Dante. So she ignores the lingering looks. Those subtle, thrilling touches. That pulse-quickening kiss. Until suddenly, Lemon isn't playing for the cameras. She's lovestruck for real, and just maybe, the man behind the title is the one who's always been in her heart....

A Wonderful fairytale

I've read and listened to hundreds of romance books so I rarely give five stars to any story because I have read and heard it all before. This story totally deserves five fan-freaking-tastic stars. It's just such a sweet fairytale story. The reality TV aspect was mild and it was more centered around Lemon and Dante. This story is funny, sweet, adorable and very romantic without including a single sex scene. I feel like this story is perfect for anyone who likes fairytales and believes in love.

The narration is very good too. Ms. Panfilio was able to do the southern accent very well and at the same time she did very good male voices with italian accent. This must have been challenging for her but it came out very natural. Her narration definitely added to this wonderful story.

This book is well worth a credit but it is a better deal if you buy the kindle version and add the audible book as well.

This Girl is Dumber Then a Pile of Rocks

Royal Chase is in a word frustrating. Our main character Lemon was raised sheltered and continues to be such during this book version of the Bachelor. It was increasingly frustrating to listen as people told her point blank about certain things and then she refuses to believe it. Then when she is is proven wrong all she can think is "Why didn't anyone tell me?" Girl we tried...

Love it--must have

I read the first book with Kat and Nico and fell in love. Purchased the second and third book with the audible version while buying the kindle book version. I love the story line of this book and the narrator did an awesome job bringing the characters to life. I found myself laughing and smiling all the way to the end. I have read many books and heard many through audible this is one of my favorites. I give it five stars all around😊

Royal Chase

I did not see that coming! I loved it. I knew I would love Lemon’s HEA. Her Lemon-isms are fantastic had me smiling a lot.

The Prince is sweet and kind and I love that he just kept fighting for what he truly wanted.

I have a feeling his brother is going to be the next book and his HEA is going to have him in all kinds of knots just and Lemon had her man.

I really enjoyed the different narration from the first book it was nice to have the separation. She too brought these characters their own voice it was great.

Absolutely adorable!

I'm not at all a reality TV type person, and in the past I've tried to enjoy novels set in reality TV shows with little success. I was willing to give this one a chance, though, because I liked the premise--and I'm so glad I did! Lemon's a great narrator, and even when the reader's practically shouting at her to dump her loser fiance and give Dante a chance already, it's impossible not to love her. Her uniquely southern voice (especially with all of her laugh out loud sayings, like "I had imagined I'd feel happier than a tick on a fat dog when I got engaged") really gave the book flavor. Throw in Prince Dante's text messages at the beginning of each chapter (the only time we hear directly from him; the story's all from Lemon's POV), and I was completely charmed.

I haven't read book one yet ( Royal Date ), but it's absolutely made it onto the short version of my TBR, because Lemon gives us enough teasers that I really want to find out Kat and Nico's story. Plus, the opportunity to see Lemon and Dante's from the very beginning is just too good to pass up. I must know all!

Since we're only privy to what Lemon knows in the book, there's a whopper of a secret being kept from both of us concerning what's going on with Dante and the bachlorettes, which leads us right into book three in the series, Rafe's book. I absolutely cannot wait! Is it July yet? ;)

(The audiobook version absolutely makes this story, BTW. The narrator nails Lemon's accent, and gives her voice that little bit extra. I'd love to see books one and three also be released on audio--hint, hint! :))

My Musings

Wow, just wow! What a unique plot and what an amazing twist climax to the book. Loved the characters, all of them, so well developed. Glad I found thus one in Kindle Unlimited with the audio included. Great narrator. Happy reading and listening!

Tale of a neurotic cheater

I have to say first that the narration by Cristina Panfilio was a pleasure and top notch. The characters were so easy to differentiate and bond with. The quirky humour was represented well and really enjoyable.

However the cheating themes all the way through and Lemon's total nastiness, mistrust and neurotic hurtful behaviour was unnecessary and for me inappropriate.

The story was fun enough without these nasties and the coherence needed work. Nothing a good editor wouldn't have slicked up. So much potential but for me fell short but I will still be interested in what happens to the characters in Book 3 so by all means not without interest.

Royal Chase

This series is outstanding! Royal Date, Royal Chase, Royal Games, and Royal Design. Very well written. Toe-curling kisses, clean, passionate, and funny. With a great HEA finish! You’ll love them, I promise.

One of my favorite Sariah Wilson books

I love Lemon and Dante’s story so much. I have both read and listened to the book. The chemistry between the two characters is sweet and Dante is such a great book hero.
