My Two Pennies

I love hearing all the different accents and voices for the characters. Kai and Wen have done a phenomenal job with this book. This is a great fast paced shifter romance that was just the right amount of adventure and love. Dante is hot hot hot and Clarie is one tough cookie. I must admit that I’m not reading these in order because they are standalone books in a series but I’m hooked and will definitely be clicking the rest and see what everyone’s stories are all about. This is my unbiased and voluntary review.

Not as good as the first

These stories are described as standalones but in reality if I hadn’t listened to the first book I would have been totally lost in this book. This book wasn’t as good as the first. You just didn’t feel that connection with this couple as you did with the first couple.

Shifters, witches and Gods, Oh my!

I'm a new fan of paranormal books and this story has gotten me hooked! Welcome to a world of vampires, witches and shifters. Throw in your occasional God and it is a fun action packed story you can't stop listening to.

Kai and Wen are an amazing team and do a fantastic job with this story. There are multiple characters and they portrayed them well.

Purrfection

Book 2 did not disappoint, I could not stop listening because I needed to know the outcome.

I am always wary of listening to book series with the same narrator because i have now already associated Kai and Wen with Aisling and Raygan, but as usual there was no issue with this narration.

Kai and Wen gave life Clarissa and Daunte and there was no overshadowing.

I love this supernatural family May Sage has created for us and look forward to the next listen.

not a stand alone

I loved this story. Wish it could have been longer and more developed. But a great, . Love the authors writing style.
Must read/listen to book 1

Great read

Pretty Kitten by May Sage was a good book. Dante’s mate Claire has now been turned. Now there are many people who either want her dead or to lock her in a lab. There are also some people who want to get their hands on her baby nephew, who caused her turning. This was a great quick and fast paced read.

Omg

A great short read. Love the narrators, they brought these dynamic characters to life. I would have loved for it to be longer with the battle more detailed. It was over so fast. Too fast, but you know what they say, all good books are. Go grab your copy, get comfy and get sucked into the story.

Kai and Wen are a great team. They play off of each other and bring the story alive with their subtle touches.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I think it should have been combined with the first book, it's the continuation of the story, why not just put it together.

Fun story!

This one was short but it was exciting. Wen Ross and Kai Kennicott are master narrators. I loved it!

Beta Daunte and Clari

May Sage has a knack of setting up new twists for her characters and their world. Really get attached to the characters especially the unique children. Daunte and Clari become very close in this book. New characters are added and some are lost. Wish the books were a bit longer.
