Definitely a step up from the first book!

This was a bit better than the first book although there is a lot of drama. The sister in law is definitely a piece of work. I wish that Joya would give her female leads a bit more backbone, especially ones who have been dealt a few crappy hands. This one didn't have the abrupt ending of the first book and included some real-life family drama that touches the heart. Looking forward to book 3.

Good and getting better!
Megan was the best friend from Break Me Slowly, and now she has found her Mega Hot hunk! Preston and his family was a bit crazy, his brother was bad news but his sister-in-law needed to be B*tch slapped!
This is a great continuation from book 1... writing is a bit better I think than book 1... Totally reads like a diary or a t.v show...
Narration was great... Good Credit, buy or sale!
