Loved every single second of this. This series is outstanding. I have read these books several time but listening to them makes them SO much better.

This title in the series is just as good as the first. I highly recommend it. Well worth the credit!

I loved this book! The characters in these stories are amazing! I laughed, cried and smile throughout!

Stakes are always high

Hailey was determined to break the cycle, she was going to make it big in the world of people trying to know your tell. Well it all crumbled and now she is in-debt to her husband that is a loan shark. She is working off her debt and determines to leave the life behind.

Morrison "Aces" is sexy and he knows it. He knows that woman flock towards him. He is on the top of his game, until something to him becomes "Platinum".

This couple has so much sexy chemistry that when they finally collide it brings feelings that both were not prepared for. Morrison is giving Hailey something she never has had, choices. It will be her choice to leave, to love and to move on. Hailey really doesn't know what that feels like till Morrison.

The audiobook for this series is downright combustible. The narrators truly have the passion for these characters. As you listen to each scene you can feel the tension as Morrison fights to stay in the game for Hailey. The emotions Hailey gives is truly beautiful and healing.

It is hard to believe Hailey was able to get away from her past. Could not believe how Morrison and Hailey meet. There attraction was instant. Morrison really put himself out there to help Hailey and Marisa. The Caldwell family really look out for each other. So glad Hailey and Morrison found each other. Morrison is such a caring loving person. Glad Hailey finally realized what she needed. A must read

checks and balances

I loved this as an eBook, I love it even more as audio , Jeremy York is the perfect Morrison the tones and the emotions he put in I fell in love with, Elizabeth was awesome , I am now looking for more books done by them.

Smoke detector beeping drove me insane!

The guys parts were fine but during the girls parts there was a smoke detector beeping & it drove me absolutely insane!

I am rapidly putting MJ Fields and Chelsea Cameron on my top list of favorite authors! This second book in the series about 3 brothers is about the middle brother Morrison. He's a slick operator who cruises Las Vegas making money playing cards. The heroine, Hailey, is a poor girl who was served up to a nasty criminal by her own mother who was a prostitute. Trapped in a faux marriage, she has a young daughter who is the center of her world. Their two lives collide in a casino where she's working as a cocktail waitress. When they meet in the parking lot, he's entranced by her and decides he has to see her again. When the thug threatens to take her daughter away from her for collateral for a supposed 'debt' she owes him, Morrison takes Hailey and Marissa her daughter home to Detroit and the safety of his family. Morrison sees it his destiny to save them from this 'debt' and this evil man, while Hailey has to find out if she can trust a man to really love her instead of own her. Great narration!

Morrison gets his Platinum

In this second book in the series, Morrison finds his girl and he falls hard. He swoops in to protects her and her daughter, living up to the legacy his Mother left behind "to do good in this world of bad". It is a journey that is exciting to tag along, the element of the underworld adds an edge, and their off the charts chemistry adds some spice. Not everything is as it seems, the unexpected revelations are surprising, which kept me listening. Love the bond between the brothers, their loyalty and compassion for those who are hurt. Jared was officiating their wows too and his speech was awesome. Hope we will get to know his story too. Looking forward to the next one, Jagger's story.
Mr. York's voice is pleasant to listen to, but the slow pace didn't really match Morrison's character. Ms. Hart sounded like somebody with braces which I found distracting a bit, otherwise very animated and versatile.

Aces of a Read

Great book loving the series Morrison is book 2 of the Caldwell brothers. Love the connection between the brothers and H/h and rispriss. definitely recommend the series. It can be a standalone but recommend reading it n order Hendrix is the first book and Jagger is the 3rd.
