The flow of the stories are wonderful, their are many twists n turns that kept me turning the pages in all 3 stories. I would recommend this boxed set.

What made the experience of listening to Love on the Lake Boxed Set the most enjoyable?
The stories flowed really well. The narrator was fantastic; she did an awesome job with all the characters. The stories seemed to lend themselves well to being read out loud, with plenty of dialogue and action to move the story along.
What did you like best about this story?
The small-town feel, the characters, and their interactions with one another. The writing was really well done.
What about Eva Kaminsky’s performance did you like?
Every character had a distinct voice and attitude. The pace moved really well and kept the story moving.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
Love will find you in the most unexpected places.
Any additional comments?
I really enjoyed this story. The characters are very realistic and well-developed. The relationships are believable. The writing is very good, and I like how the author touched on important topics like PTSD, depression, forgiveness, etc.
These stories were entertaining and easy to include in my day. I enjoyed listening to them during my daily commute. Both my son and husband tried to solve the clues and made me bookmark them. There were a few racy scenes I could have done without as it prohibited my son from hearing the entire story. But overall, there was good character development throughout.
Finally, the performer rolled her "r's" a bit dramatically in the first book. As I had just finished "Treasure Island", it sounded reminiscent of pirate speech. By the second book, I didn't notice it any longer.
Where does Love on the Lake Boxed Set rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
I loved having all 3 books in the series all together. It went straight from Tori and Jed, to Melanie and Rafael, to Lisa and Greg without having to stop Audibles and start the next book, which was nice.
What did you like best about this story?
All the characters are facing their own relatable struggles and personal demons. The characters are believable and likable. The books give you a true taste of small town life as well. Sweet stories that gave me grins, laughter, goosebumps, and appeased my need for a HEA.
What does Eva Kaminsky bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Being able to listen while driving and exercising.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
It's a box set, there were touching moments in all three books.
Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?
I would recommended the series to my friends who enjoy small town stories full of charm and quirky characters.
What was your reaction to the ending? (No spoilers please!)
I enjoyed each stories ending. It fitted the story and characters and set the mode for the next book in the series.
Which character – as performed by Eva Kaminsky – was your favorite?
Eva Kaminsky is a great narrator. I really cant choose one character performed by her, by any author.
The character I did enjoy is that of Lisa. She was loved and appreciated, but it took her time to accept that and the happiness she deserves.
Do you think Love on the Lake Boxed Set needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?
I love series. A well thought out series can introduce new characters, use the same settings but tell the tale of different H/H.
The series doesn't require another book, but if the author chooses to, she can set many more books in the same town.
Any additional comments?
I love meddling parents and the series offers a lot of fun moments...
This was a new author to me and I thoroughly enjoyed the books and the narrator's voice but the breathing made it hard for me to stay in the story. I could hear every breath she took. I've listened to several audio books but this is a first for me. I would definitely read more of this author's work.
Amy Gamet has done it again! The 2nd book in the Love on the Lake series, Fortune on Moon Lake, was a fun, romantic, and an easy book to listen to. I love her writing, especially her use of figurative language. (Sorry, I'm a retired teacher and just had to throw that in!) Eva Kaminsky, who narrates this book, did a beautiful job. She makes listening a pleasure!
Now I'm off to read the 3rd book in the series, Return to Moon Lake!
If you could sum up Love on the Lake Boxed Set in three words, what would they be?
Sweet, heartwarming, romantic
What other book might you compare Love on the Lake Boxed Set to and why?
If you like Barbara Bretton or Kristan Higgins' books, you would probably like this one (or these 3?) as well.
Which scene was your favorite?
My favorite scene was in the last book when Melanie apologized to Lisa for all the her hurtful words and accusations.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
This book made me cry a bit, as there are some angsty moments due to misunderstandings, but mainly Greg's reflections on his time in Afghanistan.
