Publisher's summary

Ever wanted to fast-forward to your happily ever after?

My name is Mackenzie Locke, and I'm a loveaholic. I haven't got a handle on men. Not even a little bit. So I staged an intervention and booked me and my two best friends into Love Rehab, complete with a love shaman, horse therapy and a bunch of stones that promise to change my life. I'm not leaving until I'm cured.

Lesson one: the first night of your stay, don't have a one-night stand with the hottest guy you've ever seen in your life. Fail.

Lesson two: make sure your one-night stand isn't planning on sticking around, teasing you, tempting you right back into his Levis. Big fail.

Lesson three: Whoops. I forgot this one. I was too busy daydreaming about Blake McKenna's mouth on mine and the way his five o'clock shadow feels on my thighs. Epic fail.

So maybe I'm not the best student. Maybe I wasted my time and money on Love Rehab. But I can't help that I want to spend every minute with Blake, naked under the stars. Perhaps he can teach me every lesson I ever needed to learn.

A sexy stand-alone romance.

Should I Scratch My Watch or Wind My Head?

I really enjoyed this lighthearted, endearing romance. The colloquialisms were really cute. OK so tell me I wasn't the only one to do this but Christie Oklahoma sounded like such a beautiful place that I googled it and found it had a population of 218. I guess it's one those unknown beauties. But back to the review -- I felt the chemistry between McKenzie and Blake from the beginning so it made the story flow really well with lots of emotions. Andi Arndt did an amazing job expressing all the angst that seem to drive McKenzie -- love her as a narrator. I also enjoyed Jeremy York's solid performance. Great choice for narrators as they were able to put the steam in the hot sex scenes. Louise Bay is now on my list of favorite authors and I can't wait to get to the next erotic listen.

Definitely worth the credit. I have listened to and enjoyed all the audio books available by Louise Bay.

Audio Version

Although the storyline was cute, this wasn't my favorite love story. However it was a well written book. I didn't care for the male's voice at all. It was too feminine for me. However, I took a chance because I really enjoy Andi Arbdt as the female narrator.

Steamy crossroads

When love has failed you more times then not... a get away retreat with your best friends is in order. What happens when the one night stand before you go on your self reflective vacation turns out to be more then one night? Andi Arndt doesn’t disappoint, Jeremy York is a little dry in the beginning but does give you goosebumps by the end. Cute and steamy!

I felt this book

When she said, Our kisses felt like we were swapping secrets, my heart hurt and fingertips tingled. I know what this love feels like in real life. I hated how obtuse my protagonist is for most of the book. But I realized that this person exists. I was once her...

Great narration through a good storyline.

I really thought this one was pretty realistic. I even see the romance rehab being a weird, but possible thing. I'm not usually the type to jump someone when I first meet them, but I guess some people feel comfortable doing that. The rest of the story is good though and I recommend it with wonderful narration.

Great read

This book is the perfect read/ listen for the young lady who has not had successful relationships in the past but who longs for the right person, and how to find them.

Wonderful story

Excellent performance. The story is heart felt and well portrayed. Plus it's set in Oklahoma, so bonus! It is hot and passionate, but a lot of feelings in a love story. Happy ending make it worth reading.

Not feeling the male voice

The male narrator ruined the book for me. His voice just wasn’t manly and didn’t allow you to believe what he was saying.

Fun and insightful

I loved/lived this story. McKenzie was me earlier in my life. I enjoyed the story and the sweet flawed characters. The female narrator was great. The male not so much. His voice didn’t represent Blake’s description. It’s not a strong make voice at all.
