Beautiful love story!

Beautiful love story!! Michael Pauley nailed the narration again as did Sloane Kennedy with her story! I highly recommend anything that Sloane has written. Looking forward to Maddox and Isaac’s story.

Locked was an amazing book. I don't know where to start. I loved Nolan and Dallas. They were both damaged and perfect for each other. Nolan and Dallas knew each other in high school, but they were opposites. Dallas's friends picked on Nolan, and Dallas never tried to stop it. Fast forward 10 years and they meet again. Dallas offers Nolan a job, and that's how there relationship begins. This book had all the feels. I couldn't stop listening to it. Locked was full of emotions, sadness, love and steam🔥🔥. This book was very well written. Michael Pauley is the narrator and he doesn't disappoint. He is one of my favorite narrators and he nails it as always😢I Really can't wait for the next book😍

I read the book and then I listened to the audiobook. Sloane Kennedy writes great stories and this one is no exception. However even with the roller coaster of emotions that she put me through in this book, Michael Pauley brought an added dimension to the book that was just extraordinary. Worth your time and worth a credit? YES!!!!

Michael Pauley absolutely kills it. He is perfect for this series. I have the next book already loaded up!

Took a Bit to Grab Me,

I love a well written, tight story. It took a few chapters before I felt the story come alive, wasn’t sure I was going to continue. I’m very pleased I did. Michael Dean is an incredible talent, thus my desire to continue. Sloane Kennedy brings cold, hard life truths into her stories like none other. I have many favorite Authors who do add real life into their stories. But none have made me uncomfortable in a “good” way as Kennedy.
As a person from a Small Town, I’ve felt the kindness of folks as well as their very ugliness. “Never let the Bastards win”.

Your stories lift me up above the painful reality of my life in a way I never knew was possible.

I’m an older guy, that is invisible to the world around me, even though I’m a professional man who can run for miles as I listen to your tales. I don’t feel lonely because you have given me the gift of unconditional love, well the idea at least! I can’t say why your characters break my heart and fill my heart every day. I’ll admit Mr. Pauley’s baritone voice has become a big part of my experience. I listen to your books every day, and even though I am unloved and feel unlovable, I feel real joy as I listen to your stories and I feel hope and find the strength to try and be the best version of myself I can be, because if my love is out there the inspiration I find in your books will help me to be able to demonstrate how a real man can love and be loved. I may not have physical experience but as I listen to your stories I’m an emotional slut, ha ha. My heart has matured so much with your help. Really, I just want to be loved. Thanks so much

If M/M romance is your thing, I promise you will never be disappointed with anything this author and narrator do together!
I'm so excited to read the rest of the series!
The characters are always so richly unique, interesting, and still realistic.
Micheal Dean never fails to deliver a solid performance! You're never confused about who is speaking, and you can feel emotion from every line.
I imagine these two are perfectionist when it comes to their work, and passionate about it too.
When it comes to HEA, you can never go wrong with this combo! 🔥🔥🔥

Power of listening

First, Michael Dean is an excellent narrator.

Second, I love how much listening happens in this story when no words can truly be spoken.

Third, the story of Gentry will have you close to tears.

Can’t wait to listen to the rest.

I can't think of a better combination than this. Another excellent story by Sloane Kennedy read by the ear pleasing Michael Pauley. This story kept me interested all the way through. so that by itself is an improvement over many. I have enjoyed re-listening also, so of course my review is .... buy it ,you won't regret it!!!
