Publisher's summary

Jude: Reaching the top of the country music charts brings out the crazy, and there's no one crazier than my ex. Unfortunately, his threats to out me are escalating. Enter the bodyguard of my dreams.

I'd probably chafe under his constant presence if his attention to my body wasn't so...ah...thorough. Now I have to worry about outing myself to millions of fans if I can't keep my hands off him in public.

Derek: Now I'm an ex-Marine turned babysitter. If I have to hear Jude sing his mega-hit "Bluebells" one more time, I might murder him myself, and after six years in special ops, I know my way around a weapon. Unfortunately, so does he. Except his arsenal includes washboard abs and a killer set of pipes.

I've faced guns, knives, explosives and yet it's Jude Marian who may end up bringing me to my knees.

Fair warning: Jude and Derek's story contains frequent detailed scenes of man parts touching, little old ladies being inappropriate, and two lonely hearts coming together in perfect harmony.

While it can also be listened to on its own, Jumping Jude is the third in the Made Marian series. Each book tells the story of one of the Marian brothers' search for true love.

Jumping Jude

Sweet but predictable story, a little too sexually explicit, does not rank with “Red,White and Royal Blue”

I love the Marians

You must read and it listen to these books. Jumping Jude is a favorite as I really love music characters. He is so lovable your heart breaks at times for him. And you just can't get enough of the crazy Marian clan!!! The narration is good too. Lucy Lennox you are awesome!!!

Entertaining

Any additional comments?

Yes, This was a fun, funny, passionate, low angst romance...But it's Michael Pauley's performance that kicked this from being just good to a solidly entertaining great.

As a bonus, for those who love sassy, irreverent, and inappropriate older folks, there's more of Jude's family, including his aunt Tilly and Tristan's lesbian grandmother and wife, whom we first got to know in Borrowing Blue, with plenty of funny and cringe-worthy moments.

All in all I was entertained and look forward to more.

Yayy!!

I adored this couple, I think they had great chemistry. The story flowed nice, and the narrator was amazing. The only issue I had was the reveal of you-know-who. It didn’t make sense to me at all, and it feels like certain plot points just got dropped. But other than that last bit it was good.

Jude & Derek-FANTASTIC!!

My favorite couple so far in this spectacular series. I totally fell in love with Jude and Derek. They are great together and their dynamic is out of this world, not to mention their chemistry. I love how Jude is always jumping on Derek and when he busts in on Derek in the shower, that was a great scene. Revisiting the Marian family is really great especially when you pair Aunt Tilly with Tristan's grandmas, it's hysterical.
As in the other books, Michael Pauley did a spectacular job of bringing the story and characters to life.
