Thrill ride
Angeline is on a desperate hunt to find her little sister within the confines of a brothel. She has nothing to offer except her virginity.
Lots of mystery and intrigue, coupled with a very sweet and loving affair with a PI, made this book such a fun and exciting ride. I love the way Angeline turned into a therapist, almost, for these men. She had the advice from her PI lover and a good dose of maturity to give her a leg up on the other girls at the brothel.
This was a great, quick listen. I started and finished in one setting. Veronica Pace is such a fantastic narrator. She picks the right characters and roles to play and brings the characters to life. Love her!
