Publisher's summary

Sometimes the biggest obstacle to overcome is yourself.

Kieran Callaghan has it all. As the sole remaining single male of the Callaghan clan, he is drawing a lot of female attention. Not only is the former SEAL easy on the eyes and the poster boy for BodyWorks, the fitness center he owns/operates, but he is a genuinely nice guy with a white-knight complex.

The only thing he doesn't have is the one thing he wants most: a croie with which to share his life. Faith O'Connell is a young, single mom hoping for a fresh start for her and her teenage son. Life hasn't been easy, but they've managed. Once forced to live off the charity of others, she is determined to make it on her own.

When Kieran shows up on her doorstep, Faith is quite sure she's met the perfect man. He might just be the best friend she's ever had, and her son adores him. But they come from two vastly different worlds, and Faith knows it can't be anything more. She's already been down that road once, and has the scars to prove it.

Kieran doesn't care about any of that. Faith is his. And he will convince her that when you find your croie, nothing else matters.

Contains mature themes.

The final Callahan boy gets his girl!

While I’ve enjoyed all the stories in the Callahan series, I’m sad that this is the last brother to find his soulmate. Kieran’s girl is a single mom of a 14 year old son. Faith had her son Matt at age 15, after which her overly religious family turned their backs on her and sent her out to make her own way at 14 and pregnant, so she’s a woman with trust issues. He pursues her from the start, but she has a lot of pride which keeps them apart. Finding out that her past wasn’t what she thought brings them together again to answer her questions. Narration was just perfection. I’m going to miss looking forward to the Callahan boys and am sure I will listen to these stories again.

My number two pick of the series!

Kieran Callaghan is the youngest brother of the Black Opts Seal team consisting of the seven Callaghan brothers. He is also the only remaining unmarried brother and highly pursued by the females of Pine Ridge. He is also hoping to meet his "croie" or his heart/soul mate. He finds her in the form of Faith O'Connell. She is a single mother of a 14 year old son. She and her son are dirt poor and have made their own way in the world for the pass 14 years. Faith is the daughter of a preacher who turned his back on her when she became pregnant at the age of 14. Her father and step mother turned Faith out when she refused to agree to put her unborn child up for adoption. Not only did her family turn her out, but the boy she got pregnant by refused to acknowledge the baby as his. Of course, Kieran and Faith have adversity trying to come together.

That's the jest of the story, but you want to know if the book is worth a credit. Heck Yes!!! This story is my number two pick of the series only being bested by "Beyond Affection". Although all the books of the series are well written and all are performed by Aiden Snow, these two books have the most down to earth, believable stories. I mean, I could see falling in love with them for real. Aiden does a wonderful job with each of the guys voices, and was so very nice to have in my ears. I truly do recommend the whole series including the Connelly Cousins series, they're great!!!

tender and beautiful

The author is amazing. All of her books are different - different feel, different direction, never what you expect.

Love, love, love that this book had less graphic sex than a few of the others.

Grateful that I found this author, thanks......
Know that I came on this series by accident. I would not have if Aiden hadn't been reading it.
I'm grateful that i did.

Re-listened as a goodbye to AE.

She had pain in her past. He helped her address it. I got really tired of her issues with every penny..... charity? ugh.

Having Faith Indeed!

Kieran Callaghan definitely needed to have faith in this seventh book of the Callaghan Brothers series. Faith O’Connell and her 14 year old son, Matt, haven’t had an easy life however things are about to change for them in Pine Ridge, though not without some bumps along the way. I loved this wonderfully crafted story of two sweet souls who have found each other and even through some adversity make it through in the end. Matt was a ray of sunshine and every parent’s dream child…What a wonderful young man! Of course Aiden Snow always does an amazing job with all the voices and emotions and gives us a thoroughly entertaining listening experience.

LORD SAVE ME FROM FAUX CHRISTIANS!

The authors adventure into bad parents continues. Faith's demon seed "parents" were a real pieces of work . They're suppose to be Christians! They put her out at 14 after she got pregnant, by somebody who should have been arrested for statutory rape. Fast forward 14 years & Faith meets Kieran & her "independence" almost blows it. But Kieran being the man he is hangs in there. Faith has been independent. But I have to call bull**** on the illusion that a 14 year old made it all by herself! After the sperm donors father dies & leaves Faith & her son some money, he contests the will setting up Faith's trip home (followed by Kieran) & we find out the story behind Faiths feelings of not fitting in with her own family & no, she wasn't adopted. After some emotional drama & revelations, Faith puts everybody in their place (her rear view mirror). Her parting shot to her "father" was laugh out loud priceless. The reaction of some of the Callaghan wives to Faith's pregnancy at 14 was disappointing. I mean a stripper, a (reluctant) prostitute & a assassin should hardly judge & their pseudo apology was lame. Kieran was a rock through it all & by the end I actually bought the insta love.

Strong, Single Mom heroine

Kieran Callaghan has found his Croie but now has to convince her to give him a chance without scaring her away.
Faith is a young single mom determined to provide a good life for her son. She learned the hard way not to rely on others and tries to keep Kieran at arms length, but he is having none of that! Great narration!

Faith will set you free

For me, so far, this was the most emotional in this phenomenal series. The hardships Faith went through to give a good life to her son was beyond amazing. Keiran is a Callaghan through and through and proves he'll do anything for his heart.

The Last of the Brothers

I really enjoy this series. Kieran is the last single Callaghan brother. He meets Faith and her son and falls for them both instantly. Such a good story and I love how strong of a woman Faith was to overcome everything that happened to her. Her son Matt was so amazing. Just a wonderful story.
