Great Story but ...

This is a great story and I've read these books several times but this narrator is not great.

Creed is a character with layers. In Matt’s book, he’s introduced (again because we’ve “met” him in the previous serious) and you can tell that he’s kind of hurting but we really don’t know or understand why. When those revelations come out, there’s a part of me that really hurt for him. I must say, I didn’t cry for him but it was a near miss and I’m not one to cry at books or movies so heads up there.

Easton is a character that, the more I learn about the more I wanna learn so I’m excited for his story after these first two installments.

Mackenzie Harte was great as always. She’s a very talented person and I always enjoy her talent.

Better

This 2nd book was definitely better then the first. I will definitely be continuing with the series

5 Peanut-Butter-Spike stars out of 5!

This is book #2 of #7 in the Gray Back Bears Series, and book #12 of #48 in the Damon’s Mountains Universe Series. If the Ashe Crew are the outcasts, the Gray Back Crew are the rejects. Creed Barnett is Alpha to the broken bears. Up to this point he has been a bit of a grump. I worried how he would take the news Gia brings to his door. I was pleasantly surprised. His history brought tears to my heart. It is amazing what he managed to live through. I am happy he gave Gia a chance to show she was so much more than the “bomb-shell” label. 1010 and Nards return! They find a new home in the Gray Back camp, but with conditions. No one can change anything or fix anything, and no one can eat Nards. Old wounds will be healed and new secrets will be revealed. And Easton will get a biology lesson from a book. Poor guy, he only has his own experiences to go by. T.S. Joyce and Mackenzie Harte continue to make a good pairing. I listened to this through Audible Escape. Creed ❤ Gia

Great Series

This is such a loving and wonderful series I have really been enjoying reading these stories.

great story

while not my favorite of the series, I do like the chemistry between the MC's though there's little to no real problem to overcome. the length is short for an audio at this price, but it's low enough to not use a credit on.

the reader was great, will buy the others in the series.

Sweet shifter romance

T.S. Joyce has a great imagination and writes characters that pop off the page. Creed, the Alpha, is having a hard time managing his crew of misfits. Gia has been disowned by her rich parents for becoming pregnant after her fling with Creed months ago. Usually you don’t find a shifter story like this, where the shifter lets his ‘mate’ go, however, Creed has a beyond horrible past and he just didn’t recognize her as ‘mate’ (although the signs were there.) This crazy shifter crew is full of life, family, and knock-down/drag-out fights. But now it has two new members, a borrowed trailer called ten-ten, and peanut butter spike. Life is all good at the end. And Willa makes you bark with laughter through the book.

Bear baby daddy drama

I enjoy paranormal romances. The Gray Back Bad Bear series is light and entertaining. The story follows a group of dysfunctional bear shifters. The main characters Creed, the alpha of the group, and Gia, a side character from the first book. Creed saved bear shifters who would have otherwise been put down. Gia is thrown out by her parents and shunned by her friends when she discovers she is pregnant. Drama ensues when Gia shows up and the Gray Back dysfunction level ratches up. It was a quick, fun listen.
