Loved it
This is a wonderful tale full of Greek mythology, love, adventure, and finding inner strength. Themes focus on female power, judging beauty, religion's influence on how people think, and possession. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Amazing first book
I tried out this series because I have enjoyed other books written by P. C. Cast. I was not disappointed. This story is both delightfully magical, witty and heartbreaking. It made me laugh, cry and smile. The ending was perfect and I will definitely be checking out the next book. The narrator brought the characters to life and her voice is both clear and easy to listen to. I highly recommend this book to anyone looking for a new book series to love.

couldn't make it past chapter 3
The narration for this one is TERRIBLE. It's like trying to listen to a robot read. I tried to keep at it but just had to give up. Between the narration and the super whiny character I just couldn't do it.
