Gavin was a broken-hearted cowboy from Savannah...the one she fell for even though he tried to warn her away. Maria's entire life had been one rejection after another, always going after things that were just out of reach.
Gavin was no exception. She wanted him so desperately...but life had a way of making things unattainable, at least for her anyway. Just when things began to change, once again the darkness looms, and Maria finds that her happy ending is again...unreachable.
I really enjoyed this book and I'm a huge fan of CA Harms. I have loaded my kindle and audible up with her series and have not yet been disappointed.
I absolutely am in love with the Southern Boys Series and would recommend this series to anyone. I mean who doesn't love hot sexy cowboys.
What did you love best about Finding Gavin?
Gavin's sincere love and reliability to Mikey. Their interactions were so genuine and heartfelt.
Would you recommend Finding Gavin to your friends? Why or why not?
Yes, for a quick read. For it's length and quick-paced story line, it was enjoyable.
What does Em Eldridge bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Her voice and tone were perfect.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
When her father passed away. After not having seen him in a long time, both Maria and her mother were able to go to Montana to forgive him so that he could be at peace before he died.
Any additional comments?
The story went by too quickly. The prologue could have been it's own book alone. It felt rushed. Maria's character development was a bit 'Mary Sue'. She seemed a little to one dimensional.
