A series of weather and road mishaps leave me trapped in the middle of a blizzard with a complete stranger. In the back of a pickup truck. For 48 freakin' hours. A stranger with long hair, tattoos, and rippling with muscle. A stranger with an insanely sexy voice and a wicked smile that turns my insides to jelly. A stranger who holds me in his arms, calms me, and then sets a fire in me that I can't put out.
They call him a monster. Pale blue eyes as cold as ice that see right through you. He’s hard. He’s damaged. He’s dangerous. He lives in a castle fit for a fairy tale, but he’s no prince. He’s savage. We met in a trapped elevator. Emmett was on his way to work, sophisticated and handsome in his tailored suit and tie. I was on my way to the sperm bank. Awkward, right? At 35, my life hadn't taken the path I thought it would and I was tired of waiting - I wanted a baby. And I was ready to take matters into my own hands to make it happen. After our ill-fated elevator encounter, Emmett insisted on taking me to dinner - he also insisted on something else - that I ditch my plan involving a turkey baster and let him do the job. He would be my baby daddy.

It was a hot summer day when I met him on the construction site next to my parents' house. Under the sweat and dirt, Manning Sutter was as handsome as the sun was bright. He was older, darker, experienced. I wore a smiley-face t-shirt and had never even been kissed. I was too young, he said. I would wait. But I'd learn that no matter what you achieve in life, it means nothing if you suffer the heartbreak that comes with falling for someone you can never have. Because even though I saw Manning first, that didn't matter. My older sister saw him next.
New Orleans belongs to me. You don't know my name, but I control everything you see - and all the things you don't. My reach knows no bounds, and my demands are always met. I didn't need to loan money to a failing family distillery, but it amuses me to have them in my debt. To have her in my debt. She doesn't know she caught my attention. She should've been more careful. I'm going to own her. Consume her. Maybe even keep her. It's time to collect what I'm owed.

When Rex meets his new neighbor, he knows he's in trouble. She's gorgeous and sweet and everything he can't trust. Until she becomes the one thing he can't resist.
Salome knows only one way to live - under Prophet David’s rule. In the commune she calls home, Salome knows nothing of life beyond her strict faith, nor of life beyond the Fence - the fence that cages her, keeps her trapped in an endless cycle of misery. A life she believes she is destined to always lead, until a horrific event sets her free. Fleeing the absolute safety of all she has ever known, Salome is thrust into the world outside, a frightening world full of uncertainty and sin; into the protective arms of a person she believed she would never see again.

At 34, I'm reeling from a divorce. I don't want to party or try to move on. I just want to stay home and post a new recipe on my blog: Brynn's Dips and Balls. But my friends aren't having it. Get out there again, they say. It will be fun, they say. I'm still taking a hard pass. Free designer cocktails, they say. And that's a game-changer. Too bad my ex shows up with his new arm candy. That's when I lose my mind.
Not everything is roses, chocolates, and vibrators in Zara's life...until Talon, Hawks MC president, wants to claim her as his. Zara Edgingway is a 26-year-old secretary. Your wedding day is supposed to be the happiest day of your life, right? That's what they say, at least. I went into that day hoping I'd get the happiest day of my life. What I got? The worst. I mean, you really can't get any worse of a day without someone actually dying. So...I may have gotten just a little drunk, and maybe just a tad impetuous...and landed myself in a dive bar somewhere in Alaska, alone, still in my wedding dress, half wasted and heartbroken.
Jack "Preacher" Prior is at a crossroads - literally. Left for dead in the Badlands, he's managed to survive. He's stolen a truck, but where can he go? Dealt a bad hand by being the daughter of Buck Walker, ex-rodeo champ, she's made her own way in the world without his help.
Dr. Devlin Dane has had his sights set on my panties for months. But I've done a stellar job of fending him off. As Mercy Medical's most eligible bachelor, he has no problem in the panty-dropping department. He's tall, dark, and inked all over. I get the appeal; I'm not dead. I'm not stupid either. He's a walking heartbreak waiting to happen. But when Reese Dane comes crashing into my life - literally- the game suddenly changes. The two have an unstoppable pull like centrifugal force.
One word. Stay. It was all he had to do. Instead, he got on that bus and took my heart with him. That was 17 years ago. I moved on. Marriage. Kids. White picket fence. Everything I ever wanted, but my husband betrayed me and I was left once again.
Connor Prescott doesn't do one night stands (yes, ladies, he's an anomaly), so when he meets a beautiful woman during a snowed in night at the airport who wants to forget her heartache, he makes an exception. Their night together is incendiary, and by morning Connor wants more...except his sexy stranger is gone. He's pretty sure he'll never see her again, until three and a half years later, she finds him and changes his entire world with three little words.... You're a daddy.
One night. That's all Finn had with the only girl he ever loved. Years later, all he has left of that night is a silver cross, a broken give a damn, and the unrelenting desire to drink her memory away. As the lead singer of Blow Hole, Finn has his pick of women, but none are able to squash the need he still carries around for Faith. To hate her offers some relief, but when Finn sees her again after so many years, it's hard to despise her. Especially when every reason he had to hate her turns out to be a lie.
As the daughter of a strict Baptist preacher, Faith Warren was sheltered from all things sinful. When she met Jimmy Finn, the epitome of all seven deadly sins, she found out exactly what she was missing. After being forced to choose between her soul and the only person in the world who made her feel alive, Faith walked away from Finn and dove headfirst into her father's preferred life. But now Finn's back and he's getting payback by wreaking havoc on her emotions. Except sometimes bad things feel good, and Faith has to decide once again if she wants to stay in her gilded cage or fly free with the dark angel of lust himself.

I loved this book, it's well worth the credit. Finn is such a kind hearted bad boy who knows a good thing when he sees it. I can't wait for the next book :-)

Wow, this is an emotional ride - Sex Drugs and Rock and Rock n Roll... Tabatha Vargo has done a great job of this book, so Very heart gripping. I love how this book goes back to Finn's past before he was in Blowhole. It tells the story of the woman he fell in love with and how he became the man whore of a rock-star that he was in the first book (Playing Patience). Halfway through it goes back to the present of Blowhole touring and then we are told what happens with Finn and Faith after years of hating each other. I love the way this story was written and I fell in love with Finn even more... Sigh...
Faith Warren was the innocent daughter of a strict Baptist Pastor. She was raised to be dedicated with the church and to do as she was told. Anything that wasn't related to the church was sinful and until the day sin walked into the church and made Faith question things she believed were true.
James Finn has had a hard life and life just doesn't seem to be fair to him. He gets community service at a Baptist Church for a crime he did not commit. Finn has been going through the motions of completing his services until he meets an angel named Faith. For the first time in his life Finn wants to change into a better person, someone Faith deserves to be with.
I can't wait for the next book in this exciting series, bring it on :)

Would you listen to Finding Faith again? Why?
I don't generally listen to audio books twice.
What did you like best about this story?
I liked that it was realistic and the angst was felt!
What does Tatiana Sokolov and Todd Haberkorn bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Tatiana always brings a great performance to her characters. I try to read everything she narrates.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
No extremes, but I definitely was empathetic to the teenage love!
