Not the best of the Danvers Novels...but

Not the best in the series...but fairly decent. I wanted to hear Ella's story more than I actually like the book. From listening to Ella transform over the last three books... I was looking forward to Ella getting her hotty hunk.

Declan is described as way more damaged in the other books than this one...and this one is about him...so I was bit confused there.

The car accident was a tearjerker, I must admit.

Nice credit, buy or sale...especially is you have the other Danvers Novels. Just don't expect the emotions to rise like books 1-3 bring..

Sweet Story even with annoying quirks

What did you love best about Fighting for You?

If you've read the other books in th series you'll be very familiar with this story. All the stories int he series are pretty much the same, only the characters change. This one is like the others, and covers the relationship of Ella and Declan. It was a sweet story and overall I would say well written that has a sweet, make you smile kind of ending.

My only real complaint would be with the narration. It wasn't really as much her voice as the way she read certain parts of the story.

As with all the other stories in this series there was a lot of talking to themselves. However the way the narrator read it, you cringe.

It makes me think back to that Brady Bunch movie where Jan Brady would talk to herself in that crazy I'm talking to the voice in my head voice. And it happens that way a lot in the book ... every time a character speaks to themself.

So good, I wanted to KILL the Hero a few times! :)

My Word this boy is dense sometimes! Was really good, I have enjoyed this series and look forward to the next. Sometimes the language used in this series is awkward but if you can overlook that it is a great story line. I love visiting with old friends from the previous books and seeing how everyone is doing. I do wonder though if the hero deserves her sometimes but she loves him and thats great. I like him too, don't get me wrong, but he is a man and sometimes they are DENSE!!!

The awkward language usage is why I gave the story only 4 stars but I do really enjoy these books.
