Got this kindle book and added Audible, taken me so long to read, but now I am hooked. Suspenseful story and fantastic ending. great narration.

Good Mystery

Enjoyed the book. I always enjoy a good mystery. I also liked the length of the book. It was my first venture with this author. I will seek out more work by this writer.

Lost love

With everyone around her thinking she is going crazy, our bride fights to find the answers to the mysteries surrounding her. Why is everyone dying? This was a really good book!

5 stars for Death by Honeymoon by Jaden Skye. Narrated by Fiona McGuinness. I really enjoy the narration by Fiona McGuinness. She has a lot of versatility in her voice throughout the story. Jaden wrote a fast pace mystery that kept me guessing until the end.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Cindy, the wife. Because she didn't just except that her husbands death was an accident. When she got over the shock— she took action.

What does Fiona McGuinness bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Fiona brings a lot of versatility in the voices she performs in the story. The excitement, drama, and male voices she does are very good. Great job!

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I listened to the book in 1 day. I couldn't put it down. I wanted to know who the killer was and why they killed Clint.

Any additional comments?

Jayen Skye kept me guessing throughout the book who the killer might be. I enjoyed the descriptions of the people, landscape, and clothing as well. Jayen and Fiona did an excellent job of entertaining me.

What a Great Crime Novel

Can't wait to read next in series. What a tragic love story but is only where this books starts. Really enjoyed performance by Fiona McGuinness she did an excellent job telling this story. One thing that makes it so great is that it could really happen, if it hasn't already. Enjoy!

Pace slow

The book was good however the pace of the stories was two slow for my taste.

2nd half redeems itself for the 1st half!!

This book was pretty good the first half though has way too much chit-chat and going over the same things and it was just a little unrealistic. The second half of the book was pretty good,now that the second half was a different story it made sense and flowed together nicely.

Slow beginning but got better and better!

The first chapters dragged on and on. They weren't too exciting but there was enough mystery I didn't quit. Glad I didn't the story gets very intriguing.

Cindy marries Clint, the man of her dreams and they honeymoon in Barbados. He turns up dead. For weeks she's depressed and falls in on herself. Her sister comes to visit ad takes care of her until she's injured when the brakes in Cindy's car fail.

After that is where it gets good. Clint's family is horrible and treat Cindy as though she's guilty of something. But more people associated with Clint and his company begin dying which sends Cindy packing and back to Barbados.

Once there the plot thickens and she's in peril yet doesn't back down and the story takes on a faster pace.

All and all an entertaining mystery!
