Holy Tigershifter!

This retelling is so amazing and this installation will leave you with OMG ending.

Bane is back from a month long absence believing that when he returns that the man he's been dying without will not be there but surprise surprise he's not only there but he's been waiting for his return.

The angst and the love are so poignant and the sentence that sums it up is this one, True love cannot exist without trust. There are moments when you want to scream at Bane...just tell him for pity's sake. Trust him...he loves you and it's that lack of communication about a secret so profound that ultimately leads to the ending of the book.

Tomorrow is to long to wait for book 3 to come I cannot wait to see how this book resolves the proverbial elephant in the room.

Can Bane learn to trust in the man he loves to not only understand but to accept the dual nature of his curse? Can these two beautiful men find a way to come together despite all they've put each other through? I hope so and I can't wait to find out :-)

Good story but incomplete

Don't purchase to these as individual stories. The author took a passable story and broke it into several parts to sell separately. None of those parts stand well alone.

Hoped it wouldn't end

I loved every chapter of it, Michael Pauley brings it to life for me.
Thank for such a wonderful series.

Terrific story

I loved Book 1 and this book was almost as good. I will be waiting w/ bated breath for the "rest of the story" and counting down until it's release. Cannot imagine how Bane is going to get himself out of this mess.

Seriously you could play a drinking game(and get alcohol poisoning) with how often this is said.

wasn't feeling it

I remember really liking book one. I bought this right when I finished that one but didn't start it right away. honestly nothing happened in this book and you can very well skip it and go on to the next. I didn't want to finish this point because nothing was happening and if it hadn't been an audiobook that I could have sped up I wouldn't have finished it at all.
