Publisher's summary

He's hot, sexy, and oh so wicked.

He's everything I've been taught to avoid. He makes me wicked too...and I like it.

Annie

Some men defy description. I deal with books. I know every adjective in the English language and I can't describe Sabre. He's a biker with a filthy mouth, a dirty mind, and he sets me on fire. I've lived in the shadows my whole life, afraid to see what is beyond my own little corner of the world. Sabre makes me step outside my safe zone. He makes me crave...more.

Sabre

Annie is everything I shouldn't want. From that uptight dress to the hair she wears in a damn bun, down to those black rimmed glasses. We don't fit. A librarian and a biker, and if that's not cliché enough, she has cats!?

I should run. I'm not going to. One taste and I only want more. There's a tiger hiding behind that uptight prudish disguise she insists on wearing - and once I get my teeth into her...I'm never letting go.

This is a quick, hot, steamy and short novella length book of 30k words. It's meant to steam up your windows and curl your toes. It's a ménage romance, previously released in an anthology and once offered in the back of Burned: Devil's Blaze MC, Book 2. There's no new content whatsoever. If you've listened to it, you've listened to it. But, if you haven't, Sabre demanded I give you easy access to find it. He's nice like that.

Are you kidding?

Well, all I can say is I tried this author and I didn’t like what I heard. Even tried two books thinking maybe I just didn’t get the first book. I have listened to books in this genre by other authors and the works of this author just didn’t measure up for me. The men treated the women terribly and a few chapters later the author expects us to warm up to these men. Sorry, not believable, couldn’t stand these men or the women either I guess. I’ll just go back to authors I know write really good stories.

Well worth the series!

Read the whole series! Love love love! It is dark and twisted. There are triggers. Just make sure you are in a hood place or able to read with out being triggered. I enjoyed the WHOLE series.

I rarely give novellas high ratings

My personal opinion about novels is, as long the content adds to the plot, the longer the better. One reason is financial, a credit is almost $12 and I will not spend that on a 3 1/2hr book. The other reason is that I hate the introduction part of the book. The part where you learn about the setting and characters and the beginning of the plot. I want to enjoy the story not try to learn the particulars I need to know in order to understand the story.
This relationship is not just insta-lust, it’s hyper speed. Based on the personality of the Heroine and her past, the plot isn’t even in the realm of possibility. In addition, there is some history between the Hero and his best friend, Latch, that is left out that I think was critical to understand their interactions. Alas, those type of details must be left out of such a short novella.
I really love this series but hate the way the author spreads out Beth and Skulls story over 4 or 5 books. I guess I feel like it was only done for financial gain and that irritates me. If I’m honest, this novella could easily be skipped and not take away from the impact of the series. Worth a credit? Heck No.
