A Little Cocoa, a Mystery & a Murder

This is a short, fun and clean story of Suzette Dunfey, an over-fifty widow, starting over, building a little cafe in St. Joseph, Michigan . . . when the contractor begins work to install the fireplace she wanted to make her place extra cozy on winter days, they discover a tunnel . . . once used by Al Capone! . . . and not only that . . . a dead body, to boot! . . . the FBI sends agent, Ben Crocker in to investigate, and right off, sparks ignite between Suzette and Ben . . . the shenanigans between Suzette, her mom, Chloe, and the cat, Michaleen are hilarious . . . the solving of the mystery is brilliant, as is the elaborate plan for how to keep the Historical Society from claiming the tunnel and Suzette's building for themselves . . . the narrator is fine, but the production needs work, many lines are repeated in places, making it frustrating for the listener . . .
