Publisher's summary

Beautiful small-town interior decorator Danielle Austen-Pyne had finally rid herself of her charismatic two-timing husband Bradley Pyne. While she has sworn off men, Danielle secretly retains her romantic ideals about love and marriage. Harrison Towers, an enigmatic mega mogul, however, has turned his own romantic loss into a coldly cynical attitude about relationships and women. This sexual master has vowed to keep his relationships strictly physical with no strings attached.

This powerful business tycoon is about to break all of Danielle Austen’s rules and his own, as they embark on an intensely erotic and passionate, no-strings attached relationship.

As Danielle gets closer to Harrison Towers, she quickly learns being in Harrison’s world is not all glamour when power, lust, money, greed and danger present themselves at every angle and threatens to tear them apart.

Erotica with a lil mystery on the side....

I know I will get slammed for this review. The mystery caught me...the sex was too much for me, I finally fast forwarded through most of it. All I wanted was an answer to some of the questions. No answers here, just a hook to keep you purchasing, however, not for me. The mystery was interesting, the characters were interesting. The first part seemed too simple for the complexity it became. I really like that part. If you ever write a mystery book with a little romance please let me know. I will buy that one.

Good But Didn't Love

Would you consider the audio edition of Champagne Showers to be better than the print version?

I Didn't Read The Printed Copy. It was a good story but I personally had some issues. Like the sex scenes are repetitive & kind-of boring. The other all story plot was slow & lacked common sense. I had it figured out by chapter 3 or 4 who was doing what, so there was no mystery to the events.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Champagne Showers?

I listened to all three book straight in a row, so I can't say I have one memorable moment, except for the attacks.

What aspect of Erin Coker’s performance would you have changed?

She needs to slow down!! Take A Breath!! Not sure if it was the editing of the audio or her reading, but all through the book she runs days together like it's all one sentence. So it take a minutes to realize it's the next day or hours later in the story.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

I wouldn't waste my money making this book into a movie when there are better love trilogies out there. Like the Thoughtless Trilogy By S.C. Stephens.

All Pop and Fizz - Buyer Beware

What disappointed you about Champagne Showers?

The story drags with repetitious scenes. I also don't think highly of the manipulative hero and weak heroine.

Has Champagne Showers turned you off from other books in this genre?

Yes, while I eagerly purchased all three books at once. Sad to say, I didn't even finish the second book.

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

Sorry Adler and Holt. I hate bashing writers. I lift my glass in hopes other books you write will taste sweeter but this series left me with a bitter aftertaste.

Any additional comments?

Don't rush out and purchase all three books at once. Make sure you like the style of the first one else the next two will disappoint you.
