I feel it is geared to a younger than adult reader.
It’s a good story with drama,twists,angst and romance.

Was a good story

I enjoyed the story line and characters. The narrator did a good job but I don’t think anyone edited this. There were a lot of throat clearings and repeats that should not be there. But overall, I liked the book.

I was sucked into the world from the first chapter

This was my first time ever reading/ listening to anything by this author, and now I'm kicking myself that I haven't found her sooner.
I was immediately drawn into Genesis' world. I love her spunky, unique, and fierce personality. She was in every way a perfect match for Costa. Their chemistry was hoooot.
I won't restate the summary because you've probably already read it if you're looking at reviews. So what you need to know is this audio book has action, suspense, and so much heat. The characters are incredibly developed and so lovable. The story flows so smoothly, and there's not one part where I got bored or thought the book was slow. The complete opposite actually. I devoured this entire audio in 2 days, and am so sad to see it end.

There were a few flaws with the narrator. A cough, throat clearing, or repeated line. Nothing so distracting to pull you away from the story. Besides those small flaws, the narrator did a fantastic job voicing the different characters and putting emotions into them.

Worst edit version ever.

I really think I listened the raw version. I could hear her cough (WHEN THE CHARACTER WASNT EVEN COUGHING!!!!!) really awful pauses. Like I thought it as idk, another day, BUT IT WAS THE SAME DIALOGUE!!!. At some point, she even said “sorry” because she coughed… rly?

Needs editing

Love this book but the audio needs editing. She coughs at one point, messes up and apologizes, and there are several instances where she repeats lines.

great story

loved the story. it was cute funny and even a bit shocking at some parts. the author did great with this story.

I did have a hard time with the voice editing. Several times the voice actor would clear her throat or cough or she would reread the same sentence twice. This all could have easily been edited out and was a big distraction for me.

My only issue was that I could hear the coughs and breathe of the narrator at certain points. I didn't like the narrator at first but she grew on me. Waiting patiently for Fighting Darius and Caspians story to make it here as well.

Great book

This is a wonderful book, I hope you write more about the other characters especially Penny, and Demetri I think that would be a fun book to write.
