Amanda Spencer has spent years searching for clues to her first husband’s murder. Now she’s close – too close to let William VanHorn get in the way. He wants to claim her as his wife, but she doesn’t have time to satisfy the man’s needs. She wants answers, not sex. Set on fire by Amanda, William won’t let the lady escape. If she wants answers, he’ll get them. As head of the Dragon Center, he has connections and nothing will stop him from capturing her heart.
I like the sexy sci fi romance books and thought for $3.91 what the hell I'd take the chance but I regretted it. He wants her and she wants him but she hates to admit it but virtually straight away she gets pregnant so they have to have sex all the time to 'feed' the baby (don't ask!!). But each time they do it's just about the same dialogue for each sexual encounter - boring.
There was a slight plot in between their 'needs' but not enough to keep you interested. The narrator was horrible, she droned on and on in one tone and the same voice no matter who spoke.
There are much better books out there.

I think my problem with the story is that I usually don't indulge in short stories. I feel rushed and the story seems less convincing. But if you like a story to rush to the point and short stories are your thing, it's great. I was glad to get a wrap up at the end.
This book totally offended me. I wish I had tried to read it when I bought it, so I could return it! this is awful!!!!!l
