Publisher's Summary

Wes Sinclair is a notorious heart-breaker, a hot as sin bad boy with a panty-dropping smile no woman can resist. Except for his prim and proper adversary, Natalie Prescott, who seems immune to his flirtatious charms. While she's become a permanent fixture in his dirtiest, most scandalous fantasies, she wants nothing to do with him, or his seductive promises. Challenge accepted. His goal? To bring her to her knees, make her beg, and show her just how good being bad can be.

Hot hot hot

Hot Hot Hot !!!

Wes Sinclair is Hot as sin and Natalie Prescott is a minx and they have known each other since childhood. The chemistry between the two of them is smoking. Wes has been on the top of his game in the realty business and Natalie keeps out doing him. So what does Wes do makes a wager with her. Who wins, what's the stakes can they stay away from each other.
This is a great beginning of another great series from Carly Phillips and Erika Wilde. Cannot wait for the next book in this series and it was great to read the cameo's of some of the other characters from the Dirty Sexy series, although you didn't have to read them.

Sophie Easlake again makes the he narration great and keeps you listening. I love her narration.

Wes & Natalie

I Love a, my brothers best friend kind of romance! So when I heard that’s what this was I was all kind of YAY, happy feels!
Natalie wasn't the moony eyed sister like a lot of books portray with this kind of trope. She was self-sufficient and was making her way in the world without the help of her brother or his friend.

But she sure gets noticed for her work, I loved the banter back and for the between Wes and Natalie because they were fighting there attraction toward each other because of Natalie’s brother.

Tension like there’s it’s about to blow and when it does its explosive. I very much liked how he was with her and for her.
It’s a great story with a HEA.

I am a fangirl of Sophie Eastlake so I thought she did a fabulous job!

*You don't have to like my review but its 100% my opinion, and I am allowed to have it.*

Fun and Sexy

This was a fun and sexy and relatively short listen. I liked that the story was told in an interesting and exciting way and not dragged out for longer than it needed to be. I liked the chemistry between Natalie and Wes that they found impossible to hide from the people around them. The sex was smoking hot which made up for the so-so storyline.

Sophie Eastlake did a great job expressing the passion and chemistry between Natalie and Wes. I really like the way she distinguished male voices from the female voices.

Worth the discounted price I paid.

Absolutely Delightful...

📌 Upscale realtor, Wes Sinclair is a player. Insert all of the alpha male terms and descriptions of the irresistiblity (is that a word?) here. He has always had a spot in his heart and mind for Natalie Prescott. She too is a competitive upscale realtor who has always wanted to work for the firm that her brother and Wes created. However, the boys have frozen her out (at Wes' insistence that family should not be included as another complication.) The main problem with her? He has seen her grow up from a child to a sexy woman. She is the brother of his best friend and so on.

A situation arises where Wes and Natalie are both representing clients competing over the same property. Wes decides to challenge Natalie… The loser becomes the other one slave for 2 weeks (no, not that kind of slave… Well…)

Will the mutual attraction develop into something deeper than the 'freinemies' that they have been? Will Natalie prove that she is worthy of being associated with the practice founded by her brother and Wes?

I really enjoyed this book. I will be using my credits to purchase the rest of the books in this series, eventually. Listener/reader warnings include language and sex.

Big Shot Review

Decent story and narration. Could've used a little more of a twist tho.
