Loved it!

Fabulous book and the narrators were both awesome. It is definitely not a "stand alone" book series. I love how the author continued the life stores of those we met in the first book.

ooo...sweet treats & hot guy...what's not to love?

Pastry chef, Avery, is starting her dream job, and her boss has helped her find a place to live! A cute carriage house that belongs to his friend, Rafe. Avery is attracted to Rafe but, of course he has a gf...whom I did not like! Besides which, he's her boss's friend. Rafe is drawn to the kind and funny Avery but he's not 'free'. Listening to the push and pull between these two as they try to deny deny deny the mutual attraction is entertaining. Will they have an HEA? Maybe...maybe not...You have to find out on your own. While this is part of a series, it is a stand alone so it is not necessary to listen to the other books...but it will give you some background on the other couples (Rafe's friends).

Beautifully Decadent

OK, I think I need to listen to the first two books in this series.
Really enjoyed listening to this one, L.A. Fiore is quickly becoming a must read/listen author for me.
And its only made better by two of my favourite narrators.

Good narration, great story.

This is my favorite out of the three stories. I've read it many times and was excited to see it available on audio. It was a no brainier to spend my credit on this one. Rafe and Avery are my favorite!!!!

Nice Read...

This was a good love story. I enjoyed hearing my favorite narrators Aaron and Tracy which was the only reason I purchased this. It’s light, not too much sex but good enough!

I have been a long time listener of LA Fiore’s I first listen to my first book of here’s in 2015 then second book but had to wait a ling while for next but as always totally worth it ! I now have all but one and will soon get it just hesitate d because I prefer male and female but her books are just so good. So thank you Ms Fiore for another heart warming and awesome listen.
Now, for the narration Aaron Sherlock OMG the best, and Tracy Marks great. The narration is the icing on the “cupcake “ of the book.
DO NOT hesitate on any of L. A. Fiore’s books grab and totally enjoy them all!

Beautifully Decadent

Avery Collins lands her dream job and meets some amazing new friends. Her new boss even helps her find a place to rent. Life is great all the new men surrounding her life defiantly easy on the eyes. Then some thing go a little sideways when Rafe's dad gets out of jail. The story is full of love and adventure. It's also full of food and I must say L.A. Fiore does a fantastic job with all the descriptions in the story. The little details like the descriptions of the food and the remodel make you feel like you were in the story. And it defiantly make you hungry! I'm waiting on the companion cook book! I also love the reference to Elijah Mikaelson. The narration was spot on and just as amazing as the story.

A Slow Burn Romance with Elements of Suspense

This was an entertaining slow burn romance with elements of suspense. It's the third in the series (I have not read/listened to the previous 2 books), but it can be enjoyed as a standalone. Characters from the previous books do appear though.

Aaron Shedlock and Tracy Marks were wonderful as Rafe and Avery. I enjoyed both their female and male voices and they were perfect for their characters. Tracy Marks pulled off quirky and goofy Avery so wonderfully, while Aaron Shedlock was just the right amount of sexy and rugged in his performance as Rafe. The pacing of the story was a bit slow in the beginning and it took a bit before I felt really invested in the characters. I loved the running theme of family (by blood or by choice) and the strong connection between Rafe, Trace, and Lucien. I did question Avery's intelligence a few times (clumsy and careless are two different things!), but overall, this was an entertaining book. The story definitely had my mouth watering a few times with all the dessert talk too!

Amazing! Although I haven’t read the first two books in this series I will definitely be going back to get them. I absolutely loved the story of these two and the twists in here were just heartbreaking. I was so glad to see a happy ending there so it made the heartbreak worth it. The narration was spot on perfect!
