Love all things Demonica~

It's been a while since I last read a book by Larissa. I love the horsemen, Underworld general and all things demonic. This story placed a HUGE smile on my face and giddiness in my soul, so much so that I'm going to reread this series from start to finish. liliana and Azagoth have inspired me to remember some of the authors and books that made me love reading. Highly recommended reading!

quick sexy read

I enjoy most of Larissa Ione novels and this novella was like one of her novels in miniature. steamy with great characters and fun world building.

Finally! A decent narrator for this excellent series.

I don’t know how it is that such a popular and my guess, a revenue producing series like this, has been stuck with a list of such second/third rate narrators. Other than Renee Raudman, Paul Boehmer is the only narrator who is a voice actor. As for Hillary Huber and Helen Wick, they should stick to children‘a books because they CANNOT do male voices. I cringed thru their books. Of course that is my own opinion but needed to get that out of my system!

About this novella, another fun addition to this series, buy it you won’t be disappointed!

Not all Angels are good, not all Demons are bad.

A great addition to the Demonica series, I only wish that it was longer. Of course the story doesn't have to build the world up as much since we as fans are already familiar with the world Larissa has built. But not to worry there is still plenty of happenings and humor to entertain. Listening to the last couple of short stories by Larissa Ione makes me want to go back and listen to the whole series all over again. The writing as usual kept me engrossed during the whole story and time flew by at work while I was listening. Great characters I loved them both and we got to see a couple of past characters, which was great. I would have liked the book to have expounded on Lillian's past a bit more. If you are a fan of this series get these audios, they are worth a credit even if they are shorter than the rest of the series, so get this audio already and enjoy. Narrator was good and I enjoyed surrounding myself in his sexy voice.

Fun and Sweet

I listened to this with the Audible Romance Package. The narrator does a solid job, but his voice doesn’t quite fit the characters for me. I actually listened to Hawkyn first because I didn’t look to see the order of the books in the series. I’d recommend starting at the beginning with this book since Asagoth is in the other books; sometimes a lot, so it’s best to just start from the beginning. It looks like all the books are on the Romance package, so that’s awesome. I liked this one more than Hawkyn too.

The romance is sweet and has some hot moments. I liked both Asagoth and Lilliana. Lilliana has some sass, which for the most part I liked, but she can come across as rude sometimes. She has a lot of preconceived ideas. I liked the whole kind of Beauty and the Beast type scenario, and I love the setting! Underworld type settings are always fun! Love reading about demons and angels! Although, angels tend to be so annoying and full of themselves. Asagoth has been pretty much treated like a breeding prostitute for forever, so that’s just gross. Angels aren’t very nice. Glad Asagoth finally stood up to them.

Fun, entertaining read!

Great story in Demonica series

Narration is only so-so because of poor female voices but story is solid.
Difficult to know which of these later books to read next as there are a lot of references to characters and potential stories to come. Also it would be nice to put on sale the books that are not in the Romance Package.

Hot Steamy and Intense

I was hesitant at first but I'm glad I took the plunge. Azagoth has less moving parts than her larger books but I think it's better for it. The story does a great job fleshing out Azagoth's character, bringing Sheoul-gra to life. Liliana starts out mousy and downtrodden but soon finds her strength and the interplay between the fledgling couple is playfully wicked. It's easy to burn through and will make you burn while reading it.

AmazBalls!!!!

I love this series and how real the characters joy, pain, love etc really shines through. The world building is also amazing. The narrator did a good job even with the female voices. Can’t wait for the next book...

The Grim Reaper is so much more than he seems!

It amazes me that in the world of the Lords of Deliverance / Demonica nothing is ever as it seems. The heavenly angels can be devils in disguise and demons can have more angelic presence and love than the angels themselves. Azagoth is no different. You would think that the Grim Reaper would be evil to a fault but there is more to Azagoth than meets the eye. A lesson that Lilliana is soon to learn and it will change her life forever. Their story was fated and now we can all fall with them!
