Tiffany Morgan has been in love with Kyle Sinclair since she was 10 years old, when he'd turned her over his knee for attempting to swim, but instead nearly drowning, in a raging white water river. Though she'd been furious with him at the time, Tiffany never told her family what Kyle did. Instead, she began trailing after him like an annoying younger sister as she tried to gain his attention.

Now, 11 years later, Kyle, a patrol officer, is finding it much more difficult to maintain his distance from the irresistible and vivacious redhead who continues to invent ingenious ways to attract his interest. Though he dismissed her initial attraction to him as infatuation, as she grew-up, his own feelings of desire and protectiveness deepened. So, despite his constant struggle to resist the spirited little minx's lures, Kyle has to finally admit that he is losing that battle - badly.

However, when Tiffany's attention-seeking pranks escalate to the point of endangering her life, Kyle decides it is past time for him to take a much firmer hand to Miss Morgan's deliciously rounded backside.

Kyle is a firm supporter of law and order, and a man's rightful dominion over the woman he loves. So, to make sure Tiffany understands and accepts his mastery when it comes to her safety and well-being, Kyle lays down the law, and his hand, with loving firmness. Tiffany will learn to obey him, or else. Especially now that he's decided she is going to be his wife.

Overly dramatic and unlikable characters

First the story, I really liked the setup at first. She is in love with him, has been for years, and does naughty stuff to get his attention. Well it works and he finally asks her out. The whole relationship is pretty much glossed over so I wasn't given time to really get to know the characters and what I did see I didn't like. Tiffany is WAY too childish, and not in a sexy age play way. It goes beyond being a spoiled little rich girl and into downright stupid. She does nothing but whine, has no common sense, and makes decisions that a teenager would do with. Kyle is not much better. Rather than coming across as strong and disciplined he is just a jerk. He manipulates Tiffany with her feelings for him and it's more controlling than caring. He feeds into her childish nature with his tests and ultimatums. Good idea for a story, bad execution.

The narration did not help me to like the story at all. However the narrator is the perfect voice for Tiffany. She sounds more like a petulant teenager than a grown woman.

Lacking

Hated it! It has a great title but a massive lack of romantic imagination, and it's so predictable.
