Risky Business

Colton and Ally have some chemistry! I found myself listening to the story late into the night just so I could find out more. Story ends in a cliffhanger and I can't wait to listen to the next book. Rodney Falcon does a great job of distinguishing characters in the book and gives them dimension.

Five stars all around!!

Vivian Ward wrote this amazing book! It was narrated by the amazing Rodney Falcon! Between her words and his voice it was totally amazing listening as the words are brought to life! A hot and sexy listen!

Risky Gamble is the first book in this series and we are introduced to Colton and Ally. They are drawn to each other and have this instant chemistry that is hot and sexy and makes for an interesting story. But this author throws us a twist that we have to wait until the next book to find out! The narrator did a great job conveying all of the characters!

Gripping & Intense

This book was an amazing read. I was captivated from the very beginning and it exceeded all my expectations. It is very well written with a nice storyline and plot. The characters of Colton and Ally, have a chemistry and a connection that keep you turning the pages. I can't wait for the next book, but readers beware it does end in a cliffhanger.

Rodney Falcon's narration was superb!! Any book narrated by him will be an automatic download for me!!!!

intense

New author

I love finding new (to me) authors! Especially when I end up loving them! Vivian Ward is totally descriptive. The sex scenes between Colton and Vivian were hot. They have an electric chemistry that the listener can FEEL. They come from completely different walks of life, I think this is one of the main reasons that it's such a great story! Now, if you're looking at this cover you're thinking it's going to be an ultra-sexy listen and you'd b e correct!

Rodney does an amazing job at bringing the voices life and bringing their emotions out. As always, I do love dual narrations but Mr. Falcon did carry the weight of the story very well!

My main complaint is the shortness of the audio when it's a two-part story. This ends in a cliffhanger and I totally wish the next book was ready. So even though I'm gripping about the length, I have to know the ending! I feel like book 1 and book 2 could have very easily been combined to, more than likely, make a decent length audiobook. I feel petty but I don't usually spend credits on such short books and had I not received a credit for this book, I probably wouldn't have. And I can tell you, that would have been a shame!

Book 1 in series. cliffhanger alert

This was my first book by Vivian Ward and I enjoyed her writing style. It was a very descriptive style of writing and the sex scenes were hot. The two main characters have great chemistry despite them having completely different backgrounds.

This is a two-part book that does end in a cliffhanger so be aware if you are reading this that it is a cliffhanger and be prepared to buy a second book. I know some people get annoyed if they don't know that going in so I like to make that known in my reviews. It doesn't bug me and I actually like that in some of my stories as it gives it more drama :)

The narration was well done and you could tell the difference between the different characters. His narration speed was also spot on and I found myself hooked on the story thanks to his narration just as much as the storyline itself.

A great start to an intense relationship

Colton is a billionaire and wanted by every single woman. He is sadistic and it will take a very strong girl to satisfy his needs. In walks Ally, and sparks start to fly. I liked the slow build up to their relationship. It was a refreshing change from those who fall fast and so intensely. Ally is a determined girl, looking to get her dream job. She will stop at nothing for a story. Colton will stop at nothing to have her. I enjoyed the intense chemistry these two shared. There are some steamy scene. The cliffhanger will have you reaching for the next book immediately.

Rodney Falcon did a great job narrating this story. He has an easy to listen to voice. Mr. Falcon was able to narrate the many emotions and attitudes of the characters well. I enjoyed the narration and look forward to more.
