Lesson in moral integrity

I have heard that right and wrong is written in man's heart. Dr. Kuczynski's book made me realize that introverted feeling is not just about knowing one's values. It's about having psychological integrity so that you live a life with your head on straight. Moral integrity is key. I thought the entire book was profound. A must read for psychology students and professionals who deal with people all the time with moral conflicts and questions about what is right and wrong. Although I bought a copy of the book, I loved hearing Johnson's narration. It was superb. This audio book was my listen on my commute each day for a week. I feel like I'm a better person after hearing it.
