Computer reader?

Not sure I can listen to this. The narrator is listed as Emad Schannat, but the reading has the cadence and pronunciation of a computer reader. Not easy listening. Anyone else share this impression?
I don’t want to give Story only one star, but I can’t post a review without assigning a rating.

Rough

It was a very bad narration. The narrator sounded like English was his second language which made his intonations and emphasis hard to follow. I'm sure the story was fine but I gave up a few chapters in.

This is one of the most influential audible

This is one of the most influential audible I have ever hear on anxiety. It not only explains anxiety so you can understand it, but it helps to give you tools to remove the fear of anxiety and get back to living your life. I recommend this audible to anyone.

If you don’t want or don’t have time to read a bunch of better books, this is a quick one that summarizes a bunch of ideas and make them seem simple. It may be a good for people who don’t know which direction to go and need help with ideas to find things that resonate.

Simple manner that is very understandable.

This audio book gave a lot of suggestions, some of which I will try. It's very good for background info and an explanation of the brain. I discovered lots of info about the 'technical' side of anxiety that I never knew before.It's making in a clear, simple manner that is very understandable.

Eye opening audiobook

Very eye opening to how your brain works and what you should expect and do when you decide to change a habit. Not like other self-help books. It's more scientific and based on facts than merely trying to be positive and make you happy. Based on this knowledge you can be more efficient in changing the behaviours that you wish to change.
