Requires work

My therapist recommended this book. There's a saying among meta physicists that the more thought one devotes to a negative event or person the more power one bestows on that object.

Great listen, re listen first chapter if you really want to understand the functions of the brain clearly bc it can get a little overwhelming if you are not already familiar with the anatomy and physiology

Practical psychology

By explaining the anatomy and physiology of the brain, the book is convinces anyone to rethink their current ways. The author almost unifies the many theories and principles of psychotherapy, ancient and modern, Eastern or Western. Its an easy listen if you have a science background.

Very informative.

A family memeber once had depression and has been investigating how the brain works-that has been an amazing journey and recent books, this among them, have been a fund of information! I have passed on the title of this book to other family members as a couple have just sustained strokes, both young, in the hope that the information contained in this book will help towards their recovery
