Educational

Educational, to be sure. The layout of the book is excellent and the writing is easy to read and comprehend. I am trying to dig a little deeper on "reframing" and this book is perfect for me.

Best

By explaining the anatomy and physiology of the brain, the book is convinces anyone to rethink their current ways. The author almost unifies the many theories and principles of psychotherapy, ancient and modern, Eastern or Western. Its an easy understand if you have a science background.

Helpful

This book is staggeringly quotable does an astounding breakdown of complex structure joint effort into essentially increasingly absorbable, vital and individualization material thoughts. I used to be positive, out going, happy with life, the clouds wouldn't stay for long at all. But a change happened and I went to a dark cave that I couldn't get out, very depressive I had become. The examining is smart and the frameworks that are given are amazingly helpful.

Dreadful

This sounds as it has been poorly translated. "Panic assaults " anyone? Having listened for a bit the information seems sound. Looking at the dates of other reviews, all written on two dates this looks suspicious. Avoid, there will be many better than this.

Great

A much needed addition to the literature to understand in a less complicated way how and why anxiety develops in the brain and how to overcome it. This book will give you an insight into why, and explain how to tackle it, often with professional help. It's not woo-woo; it's science.

Great book

I think this was helpful in separating physical anxiety from anxiety brought on by the mind. Even though they are inter connected I found it helpful and comforting to distinguish the two and find helpful techniques
