Great book on current US politics!

During the last three years I've listened to several political audio books on both sides of the political divide. REVOLUTION by KT McFarland stands head and shoulders above all of the rest for her insights into current politics put into suburb perspective with the founding principles of our nation. For anyone, regardless of political persuasion, interested in current politics REVOLUTION is a must read. Sixty-eight year old Ms. McFarland is a lifelong Republican but her messages rise above partisanship. She writes beautifully and narrates as well. The final two chapters are worth the price of the book.

Michael Flynn

Your narration of the two chapters about General Flynn sounds so unflattering, like he was this loser/ weak link of the administration who was stumbling in his own way. You sound actually like a sore loser for not being elevated to that position, and that the President instead chose the General. So disappointing! Listening to you on recent TV interviews, knowing what has come out of IG report, the text messages of the FBI aka American KGB, Pristap notes, Sidney Powell filling revelations, are you going to revise the image of the General that you so misleadingly wrote about? It was not enough that he had the whole media and press hyenas camping all over him for three years prior to the election? When he needed back up, none of you had his back! You and the sore losers around the President who felt that the General wasn’t qualified for the job, left him prey to what We The People KNOW what has transpired ever since. It sickens me to my core! It’s all coming out now. Michael Flynn will be set free and will live to tell his story!

Revealing but I expected more.

Great perspective but I expected McFarland to be prescriptive for We the People. McFarland seems to think that our people will save America through the natural cycle of revolution seen in the past. But half of our people have thrown out our values in favor of their narcissistic pursuits. Has it always been this way? Perhaps. But former restraints and inhibitions are gone now. We need voices that are prescriptive for a new generation that knows nothing greater than themselves and doesn't understand the perils of their viewpoints. We need to promote values of liberty, equality and respect. We need to explain why these are important in persuasive and compelling ways. McFarland's book title Revolution excited me because I respect her for what she has accomplished and the stands she has taken. I expected her to end with a call to action. What I got was a "it will be alright" just because we are exceptional and will reinvent ourselves. I am not confident that we will like what this next generation invents nor am I confident it will survive for future generations. Rather than revolution I see this new generation ready to tear down any vestiges of our past and roll over for anyone who will give them what they want and will gladly trade their freedoms to get it. Too late they will recognize the bondage that will bring and there will be no way to recover what has been lost.

Trump’s Revolution and what we can do about it...

KT McFarland is a remarkable woman who did an amazing job in writing this book. She is a bright, strategic thinker and a specialist on SE Asia and China.

She is a historian. She has reminded us of previous American revolutions that cause us to think as well as to act. She has worked with four different President’s administrations. She was a key person in President Trump’s transitional office which almost put her into prison by the Muller investigation which has to be troubling to most Americans.

This book goes into much recommended detail about her experiences on the issues above that has brought us to April 2020. I would appreciate hearing an afterward chapter and her insight on the CoVid-19 virus and it’s implications upon the Trump Revolution

Her writing on the Trump Revolution, the section on ‘We the People’ and American Exceptionalism is worth the whole book which I highly recommend. Now it is time to hear the voices of ‘We the People’ in 2020 like never before.

Brilliant experience, history & personal experienc

I loved this book. I enjoyed the discussion of failures & successes of past presidents. I was happy to hear her truths about Donald Trump including his character & his policies as well as why people support him. After reading I was disturbed to hear what she went through with the FBI & understand more about General Flynn. KT is brilliant.

Best book read during the quarentine

I so much enjoyed this book by KT who I have watched and admired for years. Smart, truthful, a women of integrity and grit. Loved the book and recommend to all to read no matter what side of the political spectrum you are on. It is a wonderful recap of history and an epic education.

Excellent Current Event and History Primer

This was a slow start for me, as I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, I eventually got hooked and now consider this a MUST read for my teenage children to understand a bit more about the Mueller/Russian probe. I am also encouraged by this wonderful, uplifting story that crosses political divides and inspires me to do the same. I wish I had the pleasure of knowing this woman personally, and having others like her in my life.

KT is awesome

I really enjoyed this book. KT McFarland is a true patriot. Her writing and performance were top notch. She truly captured the essence of the Trump revolution. Keep writing KT!

Must read.

Loved it. everyone should know what she has to say. One of the best understandings of those who esteem President Trump. Those who hate him but so have integrity should devour this book.
