Gwen Llewellyn is battling demons of her own making. Her husband, son, and unborn child have been killed in a horrific car accident and she is plagued with survivor’s guilt. She is scarred from the accident, and feels unworthy of happiness or love. She returns to the last place she was truly happy, Port Townsend, Washington and begins life again as a massage therapist. Wolf Morrison comes into her life because of an injury he sustained breaking the terms of his contract with the Seattle Kingfishers. He is under the mistaken notion that massage therapist is synonymous with prostitute until Gwen sets him straight in no uncertain terms. He becomes her client for massage therapy, and is entranced by the young woman who doesn’t fall under his spell of celebrity as other women have done. He wants to become better acquainted with the green-eyed beauty who seems impervious to his charms. Port Townsend’s SteamPunk Festival approaches and Wolf immerses himself in the world of the Edwardian/science fiction themed weekend. As he becomes more attuned to the culture and costumes of the era, he also finds himself falling for the slender, red-haired contradiction who calls to his heart. Can Gwen learn to trust the womanizing Wolf? Can she, indeed, Return to Love?
