Each member of Omega Force carries his own baggage. Most of them are running from their pasts or simply trying to forget them. One member of the small mercenary crew is not who he claims to be, however. When his former life collides with his current one, the team is drawn into a conflict that could have profound consequences for the future of an entire species. Captain Jason Burke struggles to find answers as the tight cohesion of his crew seems to dissolve. No matter the outcome of the mission, can Jason keep Omega Force together once the dust settles?

What made the experience of listening to Return of the Archon the most enjoyable?

Paul has never seen the word Epitome spelled out on the screen before? What a Du-moss...

What did you like best about this story?

The fact that Paul has never seen the word "Epitome"

Which character – as performed by Paul Heitsch – was your favorite?

The part where he pronounced Epitome as "Epi-Tome..." What a dumbass?

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

When the pronounced the word incorrectly for the 2nd or 3rd time?

Any additional comments?

Doesn't anyone proof read/listen to these?

Epi-Tome! LOL @ Paul Heitsch!!! LAMO!!!

the Political intrigue in this story line is now leading up to something very big in the up coming books!!!
I was hoping that the crew would have picked up at least one new crew member but that did not happen....
now I cant wait to listen to the next book!!!

Another great one!!!!

my only problem with these books is there seems to be a running theme. if you trust someone they turn into the bad guy. other than that I love em. crusher is great.

pretty good

It's Omega Force, 4/5 across the board but nothing that is incredible. I think the biggest flaw so far have been the lack of substantial hardship. Characters always get hurt but you never worry about them dying and the missions are always successful with little overall impact to the story formula. Hopefully the author gets a little more heavy hitting and steps outside his comfort zone a bit more but hey, it's a 4/5 series that continues to put out 4/5 content so it's enjoyable, but not stand out memorable.

Still good, not great

What was one of the most memorable moments of Return of the Archon?

All of it lol

Which character – as performed by Paul Heitsch – was your favorite?

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

I really enjoy the series, and am fully invested! Looking forward to the continuing journey.

The narrator has generally been good but there are minor details. "Epitome" - [ih-pit-uh-mee].

Great story and fun adventure!

I highly recommend listening to this book. It is a great and captivating story. Totally worth the investment.

Finally the author writes a captivating story worth listening to - till the end. For the 1st time in this series I could not wait to hear the ending.

It was cool that Crusher met 3 of his own kind in a 3rd world planet. This mystery heightens and grows in the story.

"Sensors greened up" I've never heard that before and it is a very cool statement.

Only an armature writer would say "raindrops begin to splatter against the steeply raked canopy" to signify that a storm in the story was about to begin. His foreshadowing is so obvious that it is childish. it is way too obvious.

"he landed in a heap" is again amateurish writing and he says this 5+ times in every book.

author also says "with a patience or confidence he did not feel". he says this in every book. this gets old.

interesting details about an anti matter reactor / engines is fun.

narrator says "ep-a-tome" when the word is epitome. the narrator is an idiot.

narrator says "you've been thunderstruck" quoting AC/DC's song. this is the worst singing of a song that I've ever heard. proving this narrator is horrible.

Incredibly awesome and detailed storytelling of his ship entering atmosphere. "skipped off the upper atmosphere, shock waves ... coronal discharges of gases ..." awesome part of the story. Great writing.
