Retrieving Our Forgotten Self

Unless we know ourselves in a true sense, the existence of duality will remain. Where there is no duality there is harmony, happiness, compassion and contentment. Knowing ourselves is the key dimension of our life as it is this aspect of our life which determines how we want to live, so the choice is all ours.

Moreover let our co-dependency which is the chronic neglect of self in order to gain approval, love validation or self-identity through others perish and state of “AHAM BRAHMASMI” …. “I AM DIVINE” persist in us to make this Planet a golden Planet. This book is a manifestation of an experience in meditation and wishes to impart to remind every seeker to retrieve their own forgotten self through their own meditation.
