Would you consider the audio edition of Restless Harmony to be better than the print version?

Yes! The characters really come alive for me while listening to the audio version. It's like reading a great book and then discovering a black and white movie version that has lost its' sparkle.

What did you like best about this story?

I really enjoyed the steadfast intensity of Gabe's attraction to Zoe and his unselfish commitment to taking on pro bono cases for his neighbors in Clover Park. He's a genuinely good man who is happy to use his own resources to fix problems for his clients and he uses that dedication to commitment to make all of Zoe's
dreams come true.

Have you listened to any of Charles Lawrence’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I own about a dozen audio books that are narrated by Charles Laurence and he's one of my favorite narrators. This series is very enjoyable but my absolute favorite is the Heroes Of Henderson series written by the amazing Liz Kelly and Charles has a real gift with southern accents that I find delightfully endearing.

If you could take any character from Restless Harmony out to dinner, who would it be and why?

I would love to go out to dinner with Gabe's entire family! All that testosterone at one table would be stimulating on oh-so-many levels with his four brothers and his father in attendance.

This series is one of my favorites and I recommend it to anyone who enjoys comedic romance. It's loaded with plenty of laughter, genuine heartfelt emotion, some oh-so-satisfying sizzle and delightful characters who will stay with you long after you finish the book/audiobook.

This is my first time listening to Charles Lawrence. Enjoyed his voice and it was not distracting.

I have only read one other Clover Park book, and I usually do not listen to audio books, but I am always up for a challenge and a new experience. Boy, am I glad I gave both a try. When you carry your IPOD EVERYWHERE, so you can continue the story, you know you have a winner. Yes, that was me !
The story centers around Zoe Davis, a struggling jazz singer who currently works as a waitress between gigs, and is about to be evicted from her apartment and Gabe Reynolds “shark man lawyer” who moved to Clover Park for a more balanced lifestyle, and is whom Zoe goes to for assistant with the eviction, since he is one of her cafe customers.
Needless to say LOTS of sparks fly, but Zoe is hesitant , one because she has a goal of making it as a professional jazz singer and also because she has some commitment issues. She claims her boyfriends last only 8 weeks. Plus, she is not willing to give her ambition up for a guy.
It was full of not only laughs, heartbreak, family dynamics, self doubts, conflicts but also love and hope.
So get your earplugs ready for your great experience in listening to the book.

Excellent

I listened to the audio version of this one and fell in love with Zoe and Gabe! This is a great addition to the Clover Park series and one you don't want to miss.

Zoe is a singer who is working hard to get her and her band the big break they've been wanting. With all the musical talent in her family she needs this to really feel successful. Falling for the new town attorney was never in the plan. Gabe was suppose to help her with a little problem she's having with her apartment but when she finds herself rooming with the sexy attorney things get very interesting indeed.

The story was wonderful and the audio performances were fantastic. A very nice soothing listen. I highly recommend it.

If you could sum up Restless Harmony in three words, what would they be?

Finishing up a thought with P.S. is very humorous and gives the character a cute quirkiness that will hook you from the very start.

What did you like best about this story?

I love that Gabe tries and succeeds in being the perfect match for Zoe throughout the book. He makes sure to bring to life and fulfill every item on Zoe's bucket list. It's really romantic, especially when she realizes what he has done for her after each thing has happened.

What about Charles Lawrence’s performance did you like?

I love that he is consistent with the voices of each character throughout the book while doing the narration of it. He's really easy to listen too as well as bringing the characters to life. He makes you really want to be there and interact with the characters. I know that I want to be part of the story for sure.

If you could rename Restless Harmony, what would you call it?

Mrs. Shark Lawyer and her Lima Bean...lol

If you have read any of the other books in Kylie Gilmore's series called Clover Park, then you know that you will already be hooked into the community and love this book just as much if not more than the others.
I hope you enjoy this as much as I did!

Zoe & Gabe

Who was your favorite character and why?

I love Gabe. He is deeply hurt by loss and it all began with losing his twin in the womb. I cannot believe he carried that pain for so long and continually blamed himself for the deaths of those around him.

Zoe misses information and holds herself to an impossible standard. She is basing her success on the past successes of her family. She also does not see the obvious about Jordan.

I absolutely loved everything about Restless Harmony! From Gabe and Zoe's love story to all of Gabe's brothers. The family dynamics between Gabe and his brothers had me thinking of my own family. Vinnie and Allie are a true love story. I loved that Vinnie waited three years for her. I know that the main story is about Gabe and Zoe but I adored the whole family. Zoe is looking for a lima bean and tells Gabe that he isn't her lima bean. But what if he is? You should definitely read this story and fall in love with the Reynolds/Marino clan like I did!

Another Winner

This is my fifth book in this series and I just keep getting more and more involved with the town and characters that appear throughout the series. The storyline has a great flow and keeps you turning the pages. The characters are unique and engaging and I find myself deeply invested in the relationship of the main characters. Such a fun story and great feel good conclusion.

Delightful!

This was such a delightful story that brought tears to my eyes a few times throughout but most especially at the sweet ending! Zoe is a struggling singer trying to make a name for herself with her band. Gabe is a lawyer trying to get accustomed to life in Clover Park after being a shark in the big city. The author spins a delightful tale around their relationship. It was interesting how she included some serious dynamics with Gabe’s family while keeping the story fun and entertaining. I really enjoyed this book and look forward to more in this series. Of course Charles Lawrence never disappoints with his narration.

This is a great book; this is the fifth book in the Clover Park series written by Kylie Gilmore and narrated by Charles Lawrence. This is a great book with a wonderful story and well developed characters. The story flowed very well and was very enjoyable. This book will keep you reading long into the night and you will not want to put this book down until you finish. This was such a great read and full of surprises. The narrator Charles Lawrence did a wonderful job with this book. He did a great job with the different voices of each character in this book. It was very easy to listen to and I didn’t want to stop listening until the end. If you are looking for a great book with well-developed characters then you need to listen to this book. I am looking forward to listening to the next book by this author and narrator.
