And if he survives those, Hall will still have to face the combined forces of a Satanic cult and the awesome power of the Prince of Darkness himself.

Okay Story

Nothing scary about the book. Maybe a little gruesome at times. Very dated. Would probably make a good 1940-1950 black-and-white movie.

A fun ride. Would recommend

This story is a fun ride. Definitely dated but still a great listen. If your looking for a modern, violent or ultra scary listen it’s not. It’s more like watching a good classic horror movie. You know the type you could watch anytime it comes on late at night. The narration is fantastic. He keeps the characters interesting and lively right through climax of the story. Would recommend.

Not horror

This book is not what I consider a true horror store because it was not scary. The story and plot reminds me of an old horror film with a twisted sick, incestuous undertones. I struggled to finish this book. The narrator was awesome but could not save this book. This is my honest, unbiased review that I am leaving here voluntarily.
