Karla gave us a delightful adventurous story. Anyone can enjoy listening to this one. The narrator did a great job with it. He brought it to life.

Clean Uplifting Can be read as Stand alone

Sheriff Nathaniel Hale, who was a secondary character in book 1 of this series goes from minor character to book hero in this story of how he deals with his past and a former wealthy Boston socialite. A clean, lightly Christian story. Works well as a stand alone and series can be read in any order. I recommend author seek wider distribution of her earlier series through public library apps

Actions have consequences that can affect your life and future forever! Dealt with lasting guilt and remorse.Sheriff became morally stronger, faithful, serving others, seeking good wife and family. Marsden grieved, then turned bitterand vengeful and wasted his life doing nothing good for his self or others. Clara longed for freedom from high society expectations and restricted ability to choose her own education,career,man that would love and encourage and respect her. She had courage,determination, compassion, seeking purpose. Still hasty impulsive decisions got her in trouble needing her faithful sheriff to rescue her.HEA end!

This is a clean historical mail order bride western romance. The listener is treated to a tale with a headstrong young woman, a Montana Sheriff, and a foe from his

past. There are plenty of twists and turns and family that follows. It's a nice story. I'll look for the next book.



The narration was well done. The characters were well portrayed by Kolten Butler.
